Vladimir-as promised, here is my honest review! I hired this company 7 years ago to create my website. Take my advice and do not use Vladimir or this company. The site was fine at first, but if you want anything, and I mean ANYTHING done after that, prepare to pay $50 for each simple thing. You want a photo taken down? $50. You want a question answered, $50. Even if you only need five minutes of time, you will pay the $50 hourly rate. 3 years ago, when my website ranking went down, I contacted the company, offering to pay them to update the SEO-I was told nothing is wrong with the site and told to have a good day. A half a year later, the quick contact box stopped working. My last "support@" email came in June of 2011, I was told "there is nothing wrong-it is working" It is still not working. My clients have gotten frustrated and I am positive that I have lost many clients because of this problem they refuse to look into. Recently, they decided to start charging a $200 hosting fee-out of the blue, and gave me exactly 7 days to pay up or have my site taken down. When my husband and I scrambled to find another service provider, Vladimir ignored our phone calls to please let us point the site to a new provider and informed us that his rate was $50 an hour by email. Not to mention the completely condescending emails...I don't know if this is how things work in Russia but apparently it's how it does here-don't give them your money..once you are "in" you are "in".
