The service in this Kaufhof store is always friendly and unobtrusive. How is that meant? If you don't ask, you will be left alone as far as possible. Only if you look desperate while searching will the predominantly women address the customer. The advice is then supportive and tailored to the wishes of the customer. I like it that way.

After the takeover by Karstadt, a total qualitative crash in terms of customer service! And that's not because of the always nice and hard-working employees.

Unfortunately, all funds in the 3 floors were decimated on a cashier area in the EC. That The people who used to spread out on 3 floors to buy something, are now all standing in one floor.

I went shopping again after a long time. Wanted to get me an offer item and also inform me about a frying pan and possibly also buy it.
The item from the offer was no longer there. There were probably only 4 of them. It was then ordered and sent to me by DHL. However, you should buy it on site, but how should it work when the item for just under 30 is sold out after one day and I get it in the mail.
Then we come back to "buying on the Internet".
The advice on the frying pan was excellent, even though there was only one saleswoman in the household goods department. This was "left alone" in the truest sense of the word.

A risieges department store as it should be, here there are almost all from the non-food area. Of course, a seemingly endless supply of branded goods. Egen just as a department store as it belongs in a city center and as we all expect. So thumbs up from me. Good advice and rich diversity, rounded off with a lot of service.

Good for shopping but also definitely more intense than the local shops that offer the same products or brands. Otherwise nice and a snap here and there.
In the parking garage vll times more attention should be paid that no men go to the women's parking, because some days you get in the entire car park no place and then see men get in the car, which are on a women's parking.
