Get ready to give your life, hard work and talent to a place that couldn t care less for you. Upper management will throw you under the bus defame and slander you if they feel their back may be against a wall. Zero personal responsibility. The good ol boy mentality is toxic along with the nepotism issues. HR is not a safe place for employees as it should be. Benefits are expensive and coverage is sub par. The cost increases every year as the coverage gets worse. If you are a hard working, loyal, innovative employee your talents would best be served elsewhere.

The company is innovative, professional, and high energy. Being a great place for clients starts with being a great place for employees, and Catalyst is an excellent place to be an employee!

I've been working at Catalyst since October 2018 and love it here! We have a great culture, full benefits package, and ample opportunities in regards to growth within the company.
