DO NOT USE this office - unbelievably terrible service.
We had a customer walk into the office to deliver a package and was turned away from the Regus staff who told our client that we didn't have an office at the site. After raising a complaint, myself and one other of our directors then walked into the office on Berkeley Square to see if this would happen again - it did, we complained then and there and spoke to the staff at Regus.
After months of emails, the manager in charge of our case essentially denied that his staff would have turned a customer away and refused to acknowledge the issue at all. Then tried to appease us with a one-time use of a ''free meeting room''. They are absolutely useless there - may have too many customers to have any coherent record of companies listed in their office. DO NOT USE. We are currently in the process of referring the matter to trading standards. Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

We and our partners at CSDS have been using Office Space facilities for a few years now and thought it'd be a good investment in using regus in locations where our staff are being contracted out by clients so they have multiple workspaces available to them for creativity as apposed to one location day in day out. Katarina Krajcirovicova at London Berkeley has provided us with amazing support, getting us of the ground and pointing us in the right direction whenever information is needed. I would not hesitate to recommend businesses seeking a solution within greater London to speak to her.

Terrible. Boiler room as stated by the guardian. Also started getting random invoice even though not used them for 5 years. Be Aware! Check trusted Pilot reviews.

It used to be a good centre but there are hardly any breakout spaces and very few meeting rooms. Kitchens and bathrooms aren't clean most of the times. We moved out couple of months ago.

This regus has got to be the biggest joke of a serviced office space in London!! The internet is down every other day kitchens are never clean and the landlord keeps taking more of the building back making the Regus office space smaller however the demand we still pay the large fees even tho are common area are being taken away by the landlord, my prediction is regus will shut this branch down

One of the most dullest offices in London and the bathrooms are always dirty. Put some money into it Regus - it's embarrassing to bring guests into the office!

Have been using their lounge for more nearly 2 years and very satisfied with their services. It is the best spot in London. You are close to many companies and you have your own personal space at Berkeley Square.
