In fact, at first one of their owners had an office and a shop. The doorman stops at the gate and looks quite surprised. Product quality isn't always the same.overpriced.but the good thing is,you can find almost all the popular gadgets there.

Poor on service - I got a tablet on their clearance sale which had some issues with the screen that they just ignored saying its a common issue!

Don't go for their clearance sales and be sure to check your product thoroughly before you purchase

I myself went last week to buy phone and asked about different models as I was confused, the sales girl got pissed while answering my questions, that I saw in her face while she was talking to in-charge to make me understand when she failed to.
Then they told us 3 different days to go and collect lottery coupons. We went but they denied to give, then we had to contact jamuna control room. They were supposed to give us 43 pieces of lottery because our bill was 22700 where yoi get one for every 500tk. They denied to give us that much, gave just two. Then again we had to contact the control room and after that they gave us. So much harassment!!!

Avoid these cheater. Now many shop sells xiaomi phones and gadget at cheaper rate thanthese cheater.

October 8 (2 days ago) I bought xiaomi redmi pro 3 from Gadget Gang 7. They told me they were buying this phone with Quick Charge (full charge within 5 hours) but I paid the first day within 5 hours and within 5 days the charge was finished! Then it started charging again for about 4 hours and the phone's response was very slow. At the time of purchase they told me they would make an immediate change if there was a problem within 5 days but today I went to their service center
One told me, Sir, you have to change all the adapters in your house and it also says it takes a lot of time to charge Sir mah's batteries! (So how quick is the charge?). Another (girl) told me, Sir, we have to give 3-5 days to get instant solution. These bull type people are putting in customer service! Another reason is that we do not force you to buy the phone! Hearing such a word, I left my grief to myself and left the phone on the forehead of this cheater and liar.
I have to beg my mind so who thought so I begged some crooked beggars ..... When will these people of this country be real people ???????

Can anyone from this shop please response, i give a One plus one for servicing 10days ago, concern of service center inform me, he will call me with in 3 days about the phone problem & service charge. but no one call me and no one picking my call(Service Center/ Smartphone Clinic). Pls help.

Their employees attitude is not good at all. Went there to buy a selfie stick and a girl shopkeeper behaved very rudely like she is my boss and if i want to touch anything i have to ask her fast. -_-
