Their customer service is really really bad. They get pissed when asked about different models
I myself went last week to buy phone and asked about different models as I was confused, the sales girl got pissed while answering my questions, that I saw in her face while she was talking to in-charge to make me understand when she failed to.
Then they told us 3 different days to go and collect lottery coupons. We went but they denied to give, then we had to contact jamuna control room. They were supposed to give us 43 pieces of lottery because our bill was 22700 where yoi get one for every 500tk. They denied to give us that much, gave just two. Then again we had to contact the control room and after that they gave us. So much harassment!!!
Very poor salesman!!
