After not reading the full description, that the shoes I ordered are pre-order. I received a quick response updating me regarding my order. They are to cute to pass up.
I have mixed feelings about this place, i wasn't crazy about their customer service but once I got the sweater I am happy with it. It's cute and I love the color but I did wait nearly a month to receive it...which is common when ordering from overseas but i got sick of that and decided to only order clothes from boutiques in the US since they usually get your items to you quickly as they advertise, and better quality clothing. so yeah I was definitley irritated they didn't ship my sweater out until after 3 weeks. their site says around 3 days to ship. after 3 weeks i emailed them and asked was the sweater a preorder item or something and i got a reply saying that it wasn't so they would look into it but then i never got a response explaining anything so i emailed again a few days later asking for an update and was told they were moving shops so things had been crazy so thats why it had taken 3 weeks and assured me my sweater would ship out the next day, and i said i understood and that was fine. but the sweater in fact did not ship out the next day or the following days after that. but i finally got my sweater a few days ago and i do really like the sweater so they have nice products yeah but don't feel great about the rest of the experience.

I was super excited to order a shirt and orederd a specific color off of their color chart and they sent me the wrong color. I took a pic of my shirt and their color chart and they said my pic looked a little off and could be the lighting. Ummmmm NO! I went off yalls color chart and there s a complete difference between TEAL and a BRIGHT BLUE! So for one that s false advertisement. I still liked the saying of the shirt so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and picked another color . I got that one and went to post office to return the MISTAKE THEY MADE and what do you know ANOTHER MISTAKE on them, they sent me a return label 1. You can barely read the damn thing 2. It had my shipping address to get returned back to me! It s super INCONVENIENT for me to have to go back and forth so I emailed them when I was there and of course no response so I paid for the shipping MYSELF and told them to reimburse me since they are the ones responsible for paying for returned labels when it s their mistake. Soooooo what happens ? They said they ll give me store credit! HA! You think I want to do business with y all anymore? NO! Two mistakes on yalls end and you want to give me store credit when on your website it says y all pay for the return label so I want my money back. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service.

Good quality I was extremely satisfied with the merchandise. But when I opened the bag there was a lot of dust or something I dont know what it was but it kind of made my eyes burn. Other than that I would definitely order agsia.
The only good thing I can say is that my products arrived a day earlier than expected. I ended up not getting what I ordered. I ordered the Barnette Leopard strappy tee and got a black one instead. Plus, it looked nothing like the picture advertised. The second tee I received was horrible quality...very very poorly made.
I bought a fall shirt, I was expecting the heathered color they advertised, instead I got a very low quality t shirt. I did say I loved my shirt yet was disappointed in the fact it was not the shirt they portrayed it was. After saying that I was blocked. I will not purchase again because the clothing is not what they advertise, and also they are plain in denial of it and will block anyone saying so.

Product looked nothing like the picture & then I was blocked from their Facebook page when a lady ask about the particular item I had received and I told her the truth about it. I wouldn't recommend this company solely based on their poor customer service.

Not a great experience. Ordered the black strappy bodysuit and tie dye shirt on July 5th. Received tie dye shirt really fast, but By about July 25th still hadn t received the bodysuit. So I sent multiple emails and they had trouble finding my order since I paid using Sezzle. Finally gave them my mailing address and it was found and said my order was shipped. Today I got my package in the mail. Not only did I not get the color bodysuit I wanted, y all sent me FIVE red bodysuits. 5. Also they are thongs. Which isn t stated on the webpage. I mean what the heck?!
Bought a shirt from the company and tried to return 2 days after it was delivered. They refused the return for refund. They also wrote a nasty email back to us on they don't care if we file a dispute with our credit card company saying they would provide there return policy to them. What a way to treat new customers!!!! Do not buy from these people!
Forgive me. I belive myself and some others may have confused your store with Gabreio Clothing. I tried a few searches and it looks like Google auto corrects. It's a total scam and I hope it does not negatively effect your business.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an item, received it and it was far too large. I attempted to contact the shop FOUR times in order to exchange or return for store credit. The only thing this company has done is take my money (46 dollars for a T-shirt dress) that doesn t even fit me. Total ripoff. I will never do business with them again. I am a small shop owner myself and the unprofessionalism they display is disgraceful.
