The pay rate is a joke the pay for a cdl a driver with 15 years experience and all the endorsements is around $20.00 not $15.00 to $ 17.00
I have worked for small companies and large companies in this area all of them offered me around $20.00 starting pay. As of 12/19 I just got offered a local driver job starting at 24.59 and in 3 years I'll be around 28 an hour get a clue g@d. G&d stands for good and dumb. And your dumb if you work for them.

Horrible company too work for they say they care for family but that's far from true hard work goes unnoticed save your time and efforts apply else where this coming from a former employee

I will say at G& D Integrated unique place to work I've never done warehouse work much at all it gives you the experience of learning new things such as running a crane and driving a fork truck definitely for someone that wants to build a career even if you move on to a different facility . For me I have learned how to drive a fork truck and run a crane plus I am on the safety committee

The entire company top to bottom east to west lacks leadership, organization and common knowledge of the transportation industry to say the least. If you re a driver, dispatcher, or mechanical don t waste your time. Dysfunctional doesn t even began to describe the current status.
