I wanted to say that the FVSD has been great this year. My family became guardians to a 5 and 6 year old girls and they helped us walk through getting the oldest one in 1st grade. It made a stressful situation easier. Thank you, FVSD
Today, my two sons arrived at school before the bell, one of them entered the classroom and the other came back again because there was an important need that he wanted to ask me about before he entered the classroom and before he got out of the school wall. He asked the supervisor who was standing and said, Can I ask Mama a question? She answered ok no problem, and when he asked me, the bell would ring. She told me that's now he's late and he has to go to the office, so I said he asked you and you agreed and you saw him inside the school early and she didn't hear and the principal did not hear and designers so I left them and went to the fountain valley school districts and filed a complaint against them and they will investigate with them and the principal must be separated from the school because of what happened.
I am a college student and contacted the FVSD to coordinate practicum field experience hours. The lady I talked to was very rude and not helpful at all. She said that the district is not allowing college students to observe in classrooms currently because the school year just started, which I understand. I then asked when will they be allowing college students to observe, she responded by rudely saying "I do not know, good bye". This communicates to me that they FVSD does not care about helping their community, helping to prepare college students that could be future teachers in the district, and that they do not care about future student's education since they are not willing to help prepare future teachers.
Strong leadership in taking extra precautions amid coronavirus outbreak; (not hazmat suit with breathing apparatus level, but above-average) students should be in good hands. Also, during my visit, the entire office staff was very friendly and welcoming.
