Fuzzie Buddies Pet Resort Review

We love Fuzzy Buddies! They are great to our babies!

I have been using fuzzie buddies since 2012 and they took such good care of my senior dog and even made me the sweetest card after his passing. I still use them of course for my new pup, but just really tells you how much they care for your fur babes. Worth every penny.

This is the best doggie daycare around. Centrally located with tons of space for puppies to roam.

The pricing is a bit outrageous but in line with other daycares. Basically, if you want them to look at, touch, or otherwise show any type of attention or affection to your dog, you have to pay for it. The owners seem a bit uncaring about customers (at least when we have seen her around).

That being said, the staff is great. They seem to legitimately know every dog by name. They provide daily report cards and always greet our puppy when we come in. They are aware and watchful of allergies and any care needs. They keep the place as clean as possible and have obvious pride in their nice and love for the pets.

Their hours are the best, including Sunday drop off and pick up times. They also offer several pricing packages (but again, the pricing is pretty aggressive).

Our puppies will never stay anywhere else! They love Fuzzie Buddies and seeing all their friends. They have stayed many times over the last several years; their longest stay was 11 days while we were in Europe! Everyone knows them there and treats them so well.

They are so attentive and were so sweet sending me a care package after I lost my best buddy with the sweetest card. They always go above and beyond and my pups. They don't move for days from all the playtime they receive with the best hands on care. I have been using them for 7 years. Thanks, Fuzzie Buddies!

Fuzzy buddies has really gone downhill over the past few months. They are very unreliable with daycare as you show up and they just tell you oh we re not doing daycare today. They should really work on their communication with their customers and maybe send an email out on days that they re not gonna do daycare even if it s last minute. It s very inconvenient to drive all the way to the location just to find out they don t do daycare.

My cat had no issues when I boarded him here for seven days. He wasn't stressed or sick afterwards, just mad that we left to go on vacation. It was first time for him to be boarded, they sent me text messages letting me know he was eating and doing normal cat things. The people here truly care about the animals that they care of and it really shows. I will definitely be using them again.

We don't often use these guys because our vet is about the same price and a lot closer. However staff is super friendly and love all the extra options they provide. Just wish it were a little closer!

The owner contacted me and took care of all the bills in regards to my pet's care almost immediately. She was very nice and made sure that our process with our dog's care went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about expenses in regards to our dog as the owner went the extra mile for us. This has restored my hope and faith in Fuzzie Buddies. I am actually boarding my same dog in their care for the July 4th weekend. I did notify the owner about my boarding so that I can ensure that it will be a smooth and great stay for my dog. I feel reassured and hope this next visit will go just fine. Thank you, Fuzzie Buddies!

I went here because the CEO of my company did so they have to be one of the best, right? Even their own website also claim that they are the best. Well, they definitely disproved all of that.

I made a reservation for my fur baby and sent them all the necessary paperwork such as shots, etc. and we were all booked and set. We decided to all in the daycare so she could play with the other animals on board so she wouldn't be so lonely. That proved to be fatal. They have a trial day to ensure that your pet gets along with the other ones and so we set it two days before our reservation. Lo and behold, I get a call around 1pm asking if I noticed any limping in my dog before I dropped her off and I told them that she has never limped for as long as she's been alive. They informed me that there was some wrestling and rough housing with the other dogs and my dog is now in pain and limping. I told them to immediately take her away from the other dogs and to let her sit until I got there to pick her up. Sure enough when I went to go pick her up, she had a limp - a very painful limp. She was crying to any pressure on that leg. I called and spoke to the owner/manager and let her know of my situation and that they were going to be responsible for my vet bills. I even informed the owner/manager that I was very weary of having my pet in their care and this situation got me very concerned and the owner assured me that she would be in good care. I had no choice since everywhere else was booked up and we had to leave for our trip. Our vet called back and said there was soft tissue injury and if not healed correctly, there could be surgery. I was very, very upset. The owner did pay for the vet bill as she should have since the injury happened at her business but that was about it.

We were concerned for the whole trip when we were away and called constantly to check up on her care and they "assured" us that she was doing fine. When I went to go pay and pick her up, they said they had time and gave her a nice bath. I knew it was too good to be true as I let my dog into my car, she had signs of diarrhea all over her bottom. They also charged me for "supervised care" even though they were the ones that caused injury to my dog. I would never recommend for anyone to come here and advise everyone to turn away. Please learn from my experience and do not allow them to mistreat your babies!

For more than 10 years I take my dogs to Fuzzie Buddies, and I know they are in good hands. On Mondays my dogs get so excited when they see I am taking them to have fun at the pool and play with the other dogs. I can see and feel their excitement because they bark the entire way ready to go play! I trust in the entire team and I know how they care about all the dogs. Thank you Fuzzie Buddies for the amazing work you do every day and for taking care of my dogs when I am working or traveling. I totally recommend their service! You can trust with your closed eyes! This is my own experience during all those years. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you when you have a question. The owner treat my dogs like they were her dogs. You have several boarding rooms and you can watch your dogs even if you are far away through the camera. They always send me pictures to show that my dogs are safe and enjoying the pool. 5 starts service!
