We loved Frontier before the merger. We sent parts in 5 weeks ago. We were lied to about the progress for 2 weeks. The parts were sitting in the wrong building. Then, a week later they were "done". We drove 2 hrs to pick them up... bad parts. Type II Anodize was bad, on all of them. Then, after talking to the president, parts were reworked, promised for today. Went to go pick them up again, nothing but blank stares. Been using them for 5 years... no more.
Futureweld was a good vendor. After the merger the service deteriorated.
We just sent parts for anodize. After 4 weeks and several phone calls they said that the parts were ready. When we went to pick them up they were on the shelf marked no work done. No one knew what was going on and could not care less. Their response was call customer service,maybe the can help.
