One of the worst companies to deal with. I don t know how they are in business. DO NOT make the same mistake I made. Won t return calls. Hold you hostage. Poor poor service.
Please God stay away from Shift4 and FuturePOS. They promise the world and deliver horrible support, buggy software, buggy updates, and antiquated software performance. Get any other POS system. Yes, I've owned the futurePOS and it cost me $25K and is now useless. With their contracts, I'm still paying $1000s for a system I cant even use anymore. Don't believe their sales pitch!
A company that that serves the restaurant business during the pandemic... absolutely horrible.. no consideration if your business is struggling or actually forced to close.. won t even mention how many times credit card processing failed in the middle of an event..because card reader stopped communicating with register system.
I would also say this software is garbage and would not recommend it. If you were making a choice to go with another pos, any other choice, If there was nothing else in the world.. In would use a pad and a pencil instead this software
FuturePOS Rocks. Solid software, does WAY MORE than the newfangled "Cloud" and tablets. Great Support!
