Extremely pushy sales reps. Loud and they talk fast and try to confuse you. Do not do business with this company.

This company is in fact a scam. Not only do they lie and scam potential and existing customers.... they lie and steal from their employees. They now are "merging" with the ex CEO of EPX and trying to rebrand. Do not do business with this company or the rebranded company. Do not work for this company. If you enjoy being paid for your work... this isn't the place to be. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. This company needs to be held accountable for its lies and fraud.

I worked with this for roughly 8 months they lied to me about all the pricing and non termination fees they said anything to me to get the deal done. A lot of my clients called me saying they can't even read their merchant statements correctly they don't report them right so you can't see what they are actually charging you. I had a bad feeling about them when the regional manager Trevor would say he didn't care about clients we signed up he only cared about the new clients we sign!!! that was a deal breaker for me.

They called me on both lines at the same time to make sure no one else could call me. I told them I am getting ready to go in for surgery and they try to schedule to see me around my surgery like I want a presentation while im jacked up in a bed, who are these morons ?
Well for all who read this in Texas telephone harassment is against the law in their home state of Texas so make sire to call the police to make a complaint.

Call all the time asking for the owner. If you search a couple of the positive 5 star reviews on here you'll notice the names match employees of the company (found on linked).

Haven't tried their services and don't plan to but there sales tactics are super annoying.

frequently get calls from them. somebody mumbling about talking to the owner. when I explain we are not interested they quickly tell me they will call back and then they hang up. I've told them multiple times we don't need their services and to please stop calling. can't tell you enough how annoying these people are and how shady their business is.

his service was cancelled over two years ago. But because of their changing their name, I finally saw where they were taking my money still.
I cancelled this when I found a better company. Now they say they don't have my cancellation on file. I haven't used their service in over two years. But they are still charging me 50 dollars a month. I couldn't tell before because of the way the bank shows these payments without the company name just a number, that no one has ever been able to tell me who it was, they recently changed their name so that is when the bank statement showed the new company and I found equal withdraws covering the past two years but with different names. They now also their machine back that I saved for two years waiting for a return address, since I never heard back when I closed my business I did away with their machine. Very hard company to deal with and if I could post a negative number I would.

Absolutely terrible company. The lies are horrendous. They will NOT connect you to a manager at all. No staff knows anything about your account. They hold money. If you want to get paid for your hard work..... DO NOT USE THEM. Absolutely disgraceful company. Not even worth the one star.

Nothing but harassment. Same person calls 3X a day everyday. When I say I'm not interested and tell them to take me off their list they hang up on me and continue their calls. I called back and only get a machine. I called two other numbers, the one number hung up on me and when I tried to call back I kept getting a recording. The second number hung up on me and when I called back they said they would let someone know about it. This company is total trash. They sound like a bunch of scammers.

To you small businesses out there: Please be very wary of your negotiations with this company. Read into the contract and try, just try to go another route. There are better options with more flexibility.

Very unhappy. Long term contract that I am stuck in because of my father who was fooled into signing up. The rates are higher than anywhere else I have seen. It's always very hard to understand the actual rates being taken out because they vary for each transaction. They also don't provide very good reports to see the actual fee breakdown.

If you are a seasonable business then absolutely do not sign up with this company. If the high rates weren't bad enough you will also be hit with around $45 of merch fees taken out each month if you have no payments to process that month. Sometimes you may also just get an extra unexplained $98 "corporate fee" snuck in.

If you want to cancel early that also costs a couple hundred dollars.

Stay far away from this company!

WORST CC COMPANY... Hidden fees and a long-term contract that was not disclosed by salesperson. They made a mistake, debited $8K from our business and returned it to all the customer's cards!!! Not only did this mess up the payroll, but it took them over 2 months and dozens of calls to fix their mistake and return our money. Because of this they let us out of our contract, but now they still send me charge-back notices weekly for card numbers and amounts that we have never charged! We are taking legal action. AVOID FUTURE PAYMENT TECH LIKE THE PLAGUE

I WOULD TRUST A RAPIST AND A MURDERER WITH MY CREDIT CARD OVER THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CRIMINALS. MY DEAD MOTHER COULD DO A BETTER JOB OF BEING A CREDIT CARD TERMINAL THAN THEY CAN.

Negative stars if I could. They charged back thousands of dollars from our accounts mistakenly and it took them 2 months and dozens of calls with inept "account managers" to fix their mistakes. They have continued for months to send us chargebacks for cards that we never ran and then it takes them weeks to return the money they mistakenly charge back. Just a terrible experience with a terrible company all-around.

Do not do business with this company. You cannot cancel service and they will continue to automatically withdraw money from your account after you cancel service. You will not be able to reach anyone in their office that can help. DO NOT, DO NOT do business with them. Please take this seriously.

I am wondering how this company is still in business after seeing all of these reviews. I have too many complaints to list here, I am just happy to be finished with them. I would not recommend their service for any business.

They called my business this morning by asking to speak to owner that hasn't been here in 20 years. I told the caller she has the wrong number. She basically called me a liar. "Isn't this a business? I'm trying to reach the business owner. Why did you tell me I have the wrong number?" I just repeated the question she called with. "You asked to speak to *** ****, you have the wrong number." She had a very poor attitude.

The person who cold called my office was extremely rude. Not sure how you guys pickup customers being rude, and hanging up on the people you called for business.

AVOID LIKE EBOLA

Do not use this company they are thieves and have awful customer service. I was trapped in a contract that cost over $400 to get out of. They tell you one thing and do another and charge hidden fees. They have taken money out my account several times and could not explain why. They also with held money due to me for weeks claiming it was for fees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.
