The operators are horrible. Either they don't answer, or they dont know to answer you.
Wrong choice of operators and there itself I can imagine what to expect at the hospital.
I definitely wont go there.
I visited Future Medical Center and Esra Medical Center are far far better than other clinics i visited during the last months and last year, doctors are very much listening to the complaints and concentrating on treating the patient.
Special thanks to Dr. Shockry A Hemida; Dr. Saer Laika; Dr. Oussama Kneina; Dr. Asmaa E ; Dr. Hesham Abbas and nurses (especially Ms. Hazel) are amazingly helpful with their paying attention to details, connecting between doctors to patients to assist all procedures goes smooth. Receptionists as well are very polite.

After spending 4 hrs there (2 hrs just for insurance approval) for a routine mammo and smear last wk I have now made over 20 calls this wk to either reception (or the doctors extension and no body picks up. All I need is an explanation of test results. There is no point in texting the average person the result if we cannot understand them. Which means we need to go back anyway to see the doctor. Very unprofessional . Seems like we are not patients at all. Only a number on an insurance card
So today I had to go back to see the doctor for the results. I complained to the reception and all I got was sorry. He told me the doctor was on holiday for last 2 wks. Got to see the doctor within 5 mins and she already knew how angry I was. She said it was because she moved office and they gave me wrong extension no. Either way someone is incompetent at their job and others are liars .I'll Never go there again
Totally unprofessional and requested 540 qar for a basic eye check-up. Don't go there.
Waiting times are awful. Receptions don't answer phones for appointments. Never spend more than 10 mins when I visit doctor, but have to wait and hour for doctor to finish with a patient.
All the operators are sleeping. No one answer the call. How can I make an appointment when no one is answering the call?
