After spending 4 hrs there (2 hrs just for insurance approval) for a routine mammo and smear last wk I have now made over 20 calls this wk to either reception (or the doctors extension and no body picks up. All I need is an explanation of test results. There is no point in texting the average person the result if we cannot understand them. Which means we need to go back anyway to see the doctor. Very unprofessional . Seems like we are not patients at all. Only a number on an insurance card

So today I had to go back to see the doctor for the results. I complained to the reception and all I got was sorry. He told me the doctor was on holiday for last 2 wks. Got to see the doctor within 5 mins and she already knew how angry I was. She said it was because she moved office and they gave me wrong extension no. Either way someone is incompetent at their job and others are liars .I'll Never go there again
