I got to know FUTURA EXPRESS this week, because I needed to print a booklet. I did it through the website, then I had to call too and I was very well attended, when I went to get the booklet at the Bias Fortes store, it was also excellent service from both the receptionist and Roberta (I think the name is the same) who handed me over to merchandise. I LOVED the work of FUTURA EXPRESS and without a doubt I became a customer and I will recommend this printer so committed to the product and customer service.

I called asking if they were working. They said yes. Spent from my home to the place to tell me that they are doing online service. That I should send the photos by email. I missed the trip. A unique lack of respect. I don't recommend it due to the lack of professionalism and communication

Service always very good! Good quality fast graphics printing with few imperfections and hardcover binding well done. As it is not possible to speak personally with someone from the production, there were some errors and the material needed to be returned, but in the end everything was corrected.

I recommend the Futura Express printer, I do my shopping on the website and I often pick up at the physical store quickly and safely, the service is great, print quality and finish. Best graphics in BH !

The quality of the material, delivery time and service are the best in the market, but every time I send to produce some material, always ... always ... it comes with a mistake and I have to return to the printer and ask to redo it. Exhausting, not to mention that I find a lack of respect.

I like the quality and cost benefit of the printer. Every time I called, spoke by chat or was there in person I was well attended. However, communication by email leaves something to be desired and this creates disruptions in the process between budgeting and approving the material, because it seems that it is only possible to solve by phone or by going there in person, simple things that could be easily solved by email. In the service I want to thank and praise especially the employee Thayani, who clarified many doubts and helped me to make the process more agile. And in the production I want to praise especially the employee Diego who was super careful, helpful and also help me a lot to resolve issues that I was not able to solve in other sectors.
