I like the quality and cost benefit of the printer. Every time I called, spoke by chat or was there in person I was well attended. However, communication by email leaves something to be desired and this creates disruptions in the process between budgeting and approving the material, because it seems that it is only possible to solve by phone or by going there in person, simple things that could be easily solved by email. In the service I want to thank and praise especially the employee Thayani, who clarified many doubts and helped me to make the process more agile. And in the production I want to praise especially the employee Diego who was super careful, helpful and also help me a lot to resolve issues that I was not able to solve in other sectors.
