Absolutely Fantastic Place to Work In Nearly Every Way Great People For the Most Part ,A Large # of Employee Benefits , A Great Human Resource Department & Altho My Particular Job Happened to Be Extremly Physical & Required Me to Do Such A Job In Extreme Heat (Along w Being Quite Dangerous Potentially ) Me & the Only Other 2 Guys Who Did the Same Job As Me ,Realized That We Were All Being Under Paid Over the Course of Our Employment ,,We Were Started At A Lower Salary Than People At Other Facilities Doing the Same Job (Glass Maker/Smelter Operator) But w the Other Benifits Provided + the People & the Everyday General Atmosphere & Attitudes of Our Co-Workers , We Stayed w Fusite By Choice !!! I Working There & w/o A Doubt Wish I Still Did !!!

My dad worked here for 28 years he was the supervisor for 2nd shift. His name was was Russell Chadwell the Company has been nothing but amazing towards my family and I with the loss of my father. I could never thank them enough for all the love they have shown me in the last few months with the loss of my father! The co works are amazing they have treated me just like family going through this tough time. Has shown my self and my father so much gratitude. I can t thank them enough!
