Wonderful job! Stephanie did my hair and was quick and friendly and not to mention she did a Killer job! Soon after seeing her I saw Leanne for my makeup , since this was a special event the ladies at fusion took awesome care of me and if I lived in the New York area I would always come here !!

I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING waxing experience with Leanne! Her waxing abilities were fantastic, I went in with crazy quarantine brows (no tweezing or trimming for 3 months ), and left with perfectly shaped eyebrows. She asked a few questions about what style I would like and the results were better then I could have dreamed. Also the least painful waxing of my life, I barely noticed it was going on! The price was so fair, and the salon was so welcoming and clean especially in a COVID world, I felt so comfortable. I will 100% be going back and dragging anyone I can with me to convert them!!

Fusion salon is one of the top hair salons in Saratoga Springs in my opinion. Everyone that works there is super nice, well informed about the industry and keeps up with the new trends that are out.
Specifically Doris is an amazing hair stylist(problem solver/hair educator) that has been doing my hair for over a decade. She gives an amazing haircut and advice on what to do between cuts.
The staff here are always so professional and accommodating! Today was my first appointment back since COVID. The salon was impressively prepared and there was zero disruption to the flow from entering the door right through to buying products. Laura is amazing, as are all the stylists, and Leanne offers a superb waxing service! Thank you!
I highly recommend being waxed by Leanne! The room was very clean and cozy and it was apparent that she's being very mindful about sanitation in between clients. She was warm and welcoming and created a relaxing experience
Very sad to say but Fusion discrimination against people who have Decades that makes them call out when they have flair ups. I am 63 years old with diverticulitis and I get flair ups. I was told by the manager that I can not call in advance to make a spot. I have to call the day that I want my hair done and see if I can get someone. That's pretty sad. I will be looking for another place to go that does not discriminate.
I'm so happy with my Fusion experience! From the second I walked in they made me feel very welcome. You can tell they really care about their clients needs and want to provide them a great experience. Not to mention I love my haircut!
I usually see Steph for hair, but I've also had Doris, Melissa, and Laura cut my hair. All are great! I'm the kind of person that likes to grow out my hair and then chop it all off, and they're always ready to try a funky pixie cut. Major kudos to them for dealing with my thick hair!
I've also had my makeup done at the counter by Leanne and I've always been happy! She's good at both "no make-up" make-up and dramatic looks.
AMAZING customer service! It's a super cute salon and the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I was able to get a last minute haircut appointment and they did not disappoint! I told my stylist what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. HIGHLY recommend!
Salon was very clean and inviting, and everyone was friendly! My stylist took her time and was very thorough which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back for future haircuts and to try their spray tanning too!
I am completely blown away by how awesome this salon is! I called in the morning and was scheduled the same day. Not only is the staff cheerful, welcoming, and super nice but they are also professional. I ve been seriously neglecting my hair lately and needed an awesome hair makeover. They gave me exactly that!! Kirsten (I hope I spelled that right) was absolutely wonderful. Now my hair looks healthy and gorgeous thanks to her! She s also super sweet and fun to talk to. I just had a TERRIFIC experience at Fusion - starting with the nice gal who answered the phones - all the way to the stylist who cut my problematic hair. Christine Fredericks proved herself to be the master artist that she's billed to be. She listened to my needs, fears, & preferences and utilizing all three with her expertise and patience to take the mop on my head and turn it into the perfect haircut and style for me -- and my career. Five stars and three cheers! I'll be going back for more.
Doris Grupe has always given me the most beautiful haircuts! I always get exactly what I ask for! She has also styled my hair for two special events and I've never felt prettier! I highly recommend having your hair done by Doris!

Wow. Best salon in upstate NY. Always super clean and friendly! Just found out they recycle 99% of their waste.. how cool?! Laura and her staff are always so accommodating and the services are fantastic! Not only is Fusion is a certified Green Circle Salon (earth-friendly!), but the atmosphere is also welcoming and professional! I had the pleasure of working with Shana and she was so patient with my needs. My hair turned out amazing and I ll be coming back again!
My eyebrows look great thanks to Leanne! If you're thinking about getting a Brazilian or any other body waxing, you will feel very comfortable and relaxed with Leanne. The room is really cozy, and she's thoughtful and detailed with her services.
I ve had several services completed by Leanne. Most recently I had both a Brazilian wax and my eyebrows waxed. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Lee made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. She was quick, efficient, and really super nice!! Also my brows were on FLEEK after she was done with them. Lee is the best, highly recommend going to see her for whatever waxing services you may need :)
Fusion Salon is filled with Fairy Godmothers. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and I can't express how wonderful, professional, and competent each and every employee is. I walk in feeling like a mess and leave feeling polished and confident. I'm grateful and will ALWAYS sing their praises.
Ryan was great! He matched my roots perfectly and added some highlights to my hair to brighten up it up and give it movement. I would highly recommend him.

Cute and trendy salon. A little annoyed they charged me for a full haircut when I only got a haircut with no style and no blow dry.

Amazing experience. I have been a hairdresser for 25 years and this by far the only salon that does fantastic color work and highlights. Laura and her staff are highly educated professionals that can absolutely be trusted with hair. They continue their training with big names and are experts at what they do. I would not recommend this place at all... for 75$ I could have done my own hair for a very special event I was going to... the guy suxed and the hair style was half done and half assed.... I would never go there again... also my sister and cusin was not happy about there hair also... it was a rip off... I would never go there again...EVER
Staff was super nice and friendly. They have a cute little waiting area that offers tea/coffee/water. Has a nice, upscale feel but was also pretty adorable in my mind. $50 for wash and cut with light styling. Street parking or parking garbage, no parking lot out front but it s downtown Toga so that s expected. I ll be back for another cut!!
