Fusion Metalworks Review

Fusion designed and installed my entryway security door. The door looks great, and feels solid. The welds and finish shows this company puts out a good product matched by good service. The pictures on the website do not do their work justice. The gentlemen that installed the door were professional, courteous and obviously knew what they were doing. They took care to clean up after they left, and also wiped the door down. I can recommend James and Brian with confidence.

Well I must have got the lemon. I received several quotes before choosing the quote from Brian. His Quote was $2000 more than my other quotes. I went with his quote because he said the quality is the best and the gates will last the longest. I didn't expect the feature of holding water in the top 6 bars. I called and called and just got his receptionist. She said he would call me back. Never got a call. I called again and finally got him on the phone. I know he is really busy. I explained the issue and he said he would come look at it. I called a few days later and he said he was too busy to take care of it at the time. He told me to silicone the holes. I to my self am wondering why I should have to silicone the holes on a custom gate I spent a fortune on. He said he would have to remove the gate and make repairs. He said he would call me back. I've called time and time. No calls back. It's now been over a year since I noticed the issue and he still hasn't fixed it as if yet. I don't know why he's not fixing the problem that he caused but I know this isn't like him. All my friends that used him have nothing but great things to say. Brian if you read this please call me back so we can get this taken care of. I'll call in a few days if you don't remember the house from the pics.

Victorville Harley-Davidson is getting ready for the 2020 Roll Out of the Harley LiveWire E-Bike. Having just had the Charging Station installed, we now had to protect our investment from what we know as "The Dark Side", so we called Fusion Metalworks who sent their Field Foreman, Verlas, who came and measured, listened to what we needed, made suggestions, went back to the shop, provided a great quote with pictures, a reasonable timeline, we agreed, and today the Protection Cage was installed. If you are looking for Metal Work, please call James and Brian and Verlas, you won't regret your decision. Being in retail, we appreciate a business who can take care of their customers. After consulting with several companies to have an electric gate installed we finally settled with Fusion Metalworks because of their great selection and custom work. We are so glad we did! They made us a beautiful gate within our budget and customized it to what we wanted and did an awsome installation job too. We couldn't be happier. Our gate not only looks great but works well too. It is so nice not to have to get out of the car to open and close our gate! THANK YOU!
