Well I must have got the lemon. I received several quotes before choosing the quote from Brian. His Quote was $2000 more than my other quotes. I went with his quote because he said the quality is the best and the gates will last the longest. I didn't expect the feature of holding water in the top 6 bars. I called and called and just got his receptionist. She said he would call me back. Never got a call. I called again and finally got him on the phone. I know he is really busy. I explained the issue and he said he would come look at it. I called a few days later and he said he was too busy to take care of it at the time. He told me to silicone the holes. I to my self am wondering why I should have to silicone the holes on a custom gate I spent a fortune on. He said he would have to remove the gate and make repairs. He said he would call me back. I've called time and time. No calls back. It's now been over a year since I noticed the issue and he still hasn't fixed it as if yet. I don't know why he's not fixing the problem that he caused but I know this isn't like him. All my friends that used him have nothing but great things to say. Brian if you read this please call me back so we can get this taken care of. I'll call in a few days if you don't remember the house from the pics.
