Worst company to work for..... No benefits, no paid time off. Dont even have a HR department to take any concerns to.

Fusion Logistics is hiring drivers to deliver packages for Amazon in the DFW area that are negligent and reckless in the operation of the delivery vehicles. As result, the Fusion Logistics driver failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to yield the right of way at an intersection and collided with another vehicle and injured the other driver. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Motor Safety Carrier Administration regarding Amazon and Fusion Logistics DOT compliance.

We booked a load with them and it has been 2 days since we are at the receiver and trying to deliver the load. The broker hasn't answer our calls, David D. is hiding and not helping us to get empty. 900 miles load and we stuck with it for 5 days.

Fusion logistics in Miami Gardens is racist. If you are not hispanic they will work the hell out of you. Company shouldn't be open. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for letting this company handle their packages. THIS COMPANY HAS NO BENEFITS, NO ORGANIZATION AT ALL. THEY HAVE A SUPERVISOR AT THE MIAMI GARDENS LOCATION THAT DOESNT DO ANYTHING. "HERI" IS THE NAME OF THE SUPERVISOR AND HE IS THE WORST. HE DOESNT LISTEN TO ANY COMPLAINTS OR ANYTHING. ONLY TIME HE WANTS TO TALK TO YOU IS WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET FIRED. THIS LETS YOU KNOW HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY IS. I COMPLAINED ON HIM TO CORPORATE N I STILL HAVENT HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM AND THAT WAS ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. They change policy and procedures at least once a week so you never know exactly whats going on. If you work here guarantee you will quit within 2 weeks.

I don't like the fact that this company uses your birthday as a promotion to bring someone else into the restaurant. If you are making me feel special on my birthday I should be able to come enjoy my meal and still have to purchase drinks or something so that you can make some money that's obvious that's what your goal is to not actually give anything away free but you are STILL giving away Something Free even if I bring somebody else with me correct there is still a free meal being given away but because I don't come in with someone I have to buy an additional entree to get one free. So now I'll be celebrating my birthday with Blue Ginger the atmosphere is better the food is exceptionally good no offense but I am offended the first time I get to use the certificate at Benihana's and I'm paying $50 out of my pocket before I can even get the $30 entree that's free. I'm also going to be sharing those details with people so that they'll know you don't actually get to enjoy your birthday certificate unless you line Benihana's pocket! Keep it and yes I can read I can read all the details on the certificate it still doesn't dismiss the fact that you're using people's birthday for promotion.

Cant believe this is considered a job. Horrible place of employment. This company is 80% hispanic so all the meetings are in spanish. Its a guy named HERI hes suppose to be the supervisor. I dont know how hes even employed. Doesnt work and doesnt listen to complaints. This job has ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFITS. They threaten you everyday you work that they gonna suspend you if you do something wrong. I can go on about this place. You come to work at 730 and dont leave the warehouse till 9.

Don t care about employees.
It is the most unorganized company y have ever seen, Firts of all they hook you up offering you to work 40 hours a week in 4 days, when in reality firts 2 or 3 months of work they only give you 2 or if you re lucky 3 days a week.
Almost once a week they cancel routes and they send you back home when you have already lost half of your day, and you have no compensation for showing up to work other other companies compensate you if routes are cancelled but you show up to work.

WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I came in to apply since I heard my buddy was enjoying his new position with the company. I passed everything that they requested for a position. I came in and everything well. 2nd day coming in they sent me home for no reason. I called, texted, emailed. Nothing!!!. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNORGANIZED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TO PUT THE CHERRY ON TOP OF ALL EXTREMELY RUDE. BEST BET IS IF YOUR MANAGER IS JERRY IN DALLAS HE WILL SEND YOU HOME AND NOT HAVE THE GUTS TO FIRE YOU.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. DO NOT work for this company. It s a waste of your time. They are only good for working when it s peak season. They ll work you. You ll get the full time and overtime experience but immediately after Christmas. You won t get a schedule. The managers don t do their job correctly. They sell you a good bet me at the interview but when you work with them it s a different story. They are out of order and unorganized. Hard to get in contact with when you need them. But let them have a issue. They will for sure get in contact with you. Don t even apply if you re looking for a job for the right now it s not worth. They are jokes. I made the mistake of looking at the reviews they have and didn t follow what they said. I got my own experience. Lesson learned. Always follow the reviews. They ll say you ll have 40 hours a week. When in reality you ll only get 10-20 hours a week. When you get there sometimes they won t even have a route for you, yet have you scheduled for that day. So you waste your time and gas. I don t understand why they haven t even tried to better themselves. It s sad. DONT DO IT.

Might as well bring the KY jelly with you. Cause from the start they fuc* you over. Got suspended for taking a break, then once i came back i was relocated 15miles west. This company must be Hispanic based cause noone speaks English.
