Fusion Academy Reviews

Fusion Academy was an answer to our prayers for our grandson. Brenden had been passed along in public school and in spite of ongoing IEPs (Individual Education Plans) he was not learning.

I work at an academic tutoring center and had him tested for visual, cognitive, and auditory processing problems. He had all three and at the 11th grade, in spite of being held back a year in elementary school, he was reading at 60 words per minute (WPM) and understanding nothing of what he read. I can t imagine how he sat through all those years learning so little and yet behaving so well.

His parents took action on his measured problems. Prism glasses corrected his vision, he received special cognitive processing training and went to Fusion for one on one teaching.

He just graduated after two successful years at Fusion attaining all A s and B s in his classes and reading at over 200 WPM.

He was treated with respect at Fusion and guided thoughtfully through his studies. He was for the first time truly enjoying learning. Fusion s requirement for mastery meant that he had to show learning to advance. This was perfect for Brenden.

He is now ready for the next steps in his life.

Fusion Academy has been a lifesaver for our family. During Covid my 4th grader was struggling to stay engaged for 6-7 hours on a zoom call with 20 other students. I called Fusion and they set up appointment right away to see if it was a good fit for our family. Immediately we registered our daughter and the process was seamless. All the staff and teachers are amazing. My daughter is thriving and eager to learn giving her time to also ride her ponies more. Thank you, Fusion!!

Fusion Academy has given my son and out family extensive support with his education. The one on one attention to detail, even in the time of Covid has been invaluable. Personalized schedule and teachers have helped him succeed in school with very pleasing grades. The added support of the Homework Cafe and clear communication with staff has be so helpful to me as a parent. I highly recommend the great team at Fusion Solana Beach.

Fusion was the perfect solution for my son's successful high school experience. The one on one teaching allowed him to thrive and learn and it was like having a teacher and tutor together as one. The personnel from administration to the teachers were excellent and sincerely helpful and I am very proud to be attending graduation ceremonies next week.

Our older daughter switched from Torrey Pines HS to Fusion and wow what an amazing turn around! Her grades went from C's to straight A's. You simply cannot beat 1 on 1 tuition, homework cafe and no homework! The absolute best education possible.

This school is absolutely fantastic! It is whole-child orientated, loving, and tailored to each individual student s academic and emotional needs. The administration sees and hears each and every student and his or her parent. Each teacher that we have had in our two years at this school has been hard-working and amazing! What makes the teachers and administrators different? They are passionate mentors. They listen. They care. They do not judge. They are there to meet you and your student wherever you may be, and to make your student succeed. They have the ability to slow things down if need be, but also, importantly, to accelerate if your student is advanced in one or more areas. The perfect school for those with learning differences, those who need acceleration, and anyone in between. The administration and entire team will tailor your student s schedule to meet the needs of that student (early riser versus night owl) and his or her family. The staff is talented, friendly, welcoming, and sincere. It is a special place. We are very happy that we found this school.

Absolutely incredible school! Top-notch teachers and super friendly and helpful office staff. My daughter loved it there (recently graduated) and is excited to be headed to college.

Brought my son back to life during Covid. Awesome experience and highly recommend.
