I want to express my annoyance about the telephone...

I want to express my annoyance about the telephone service and call waiting to schedule appointments of the FCV after waiting more than 30 minutes for several days, the call is cut, and they repeat again and again that the shift is in 5, 4, 3.2 and when they are supposed to attend it, it returns to 6 calls on hold and to a new account in minutes, it is exasperating, it has always been that way. Please upgrade it
