Fun Time RV Sales and Service Review

We took our pop trailer in yesterday for service @ 11:00 am & picked it up @ 4:00 pm. Fun Town's service has improved 150%. We took it in for service about a year ago. They had our trailer for about six weeks. Never called us to give us any kind of update. We would call them & leave messages & they would never call us back. Yesterday they called us 3 times to give us updates. I would highly recommend Fun Town for service.

They took very good care of us and made sure that all of our concerns were met. David and Justin were most attentive to us and we are very grateful.

Awesome sales team. Anthony was a huge help on our purchase. However, we were supposed to receive a part, which was included on our purchase contract. It's been several months and no part has been supplied. Several calls to the General manager have not been returned. Upon speaking to my salesman I was told the part was ordered it's not their problem now. I'd hesitate to use them as it sea they are anxious to take money but not so anxious to fulfill purchase agreements after they have their cash. After checking the BBB complaints I see this is a common problem with Fun Town RV. Hindsight is 20/20 use caution when buying here, as they do not honor agreements.

My experience with Fun Town RV in Cleburne was outstanding. My salesman was Clinton Melerine who was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful as well as patient the whole time. From my first phone call speaking with Clinton about what I was looking for, all the way through driving away with easy financing on my brand new trailer 5 days later, I have to say I felt confident that I had made the best decision going with Fun Town RV for my purchase. if you drive by the front of their dealership and think you are looking at all of their inventory you will be wrong. There are acres of RVs in the back and I guarantee you'll find just what you're looking for, and if I can get financed you can too believe me. Five stars all the way for Clinton and the Cleburne Fun Town RV Center!

From start to finish, Billy Mitchell was amazing to work with! We live in another state, but he made everything easy and smooth for us when we arrived to pick it up. Rick helped us in finance, which was quick and painless. He was great to work with too. Our trailer was parked in the shade, AC on, and water hooked up so we could be shown how everything worked. The store on site is also great, it had anything you would ever need for an RV. If I ever want to upgrade, I know where to go now. We love our trailer and had an awesome experience at Fun Town thanks to Billy!

We absolutely loved buying our travel trailer at Fun Town. Pete was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to answer any and all of our questions and we never felt pressured. Being our first RV he was patient and explained everything we needed to know to make our trips a success. We will definitely recommend to our friends and be back when we're needing anything.

Waited a while to actually write this. Bought an RV back in June. 37 ft 2019 Trail Runner by Heartland for me and the family. 2 days off the lot and not one but two of the tires blew causing damage to the rv. Found out quick that once you leave the lot your on your own. Had to replace 4 tires. When I finally got it home I tried to have it fixed at fun town seeing that's where I bought it. Talked with Aaron G. Service manager whom I emailed all the pics of the damage and that's the last I ever heard from him. Had to go to another dealership. Over 4000.00 lucky I had insurance though they will collect it back with higher premiums to have fixed plus what I had already spent for the tires. Also the 1st day out tried to take a shower and the shower leaks so bad that we cant even use it. Bought this 6 year warranty which I now see is a sham. All in all what i thought was going to be a special time for my family wound up being a nightmare!!!!!! I'm a 1st time RV buyer who didnt know what they were getting into. Dont be that person. Due you do diligence and dont buy cheap as I have found out. 26000.00 is a cheap RV.

Absolute horror stories of after the sale.
Be sure to read the entire contract before signing. What was said in the financial office and what was in the agreement were slightly different.
Service after the sale was worse than horrible. Never never never again.

When shopping for an RV it can feel overwhelming. The feeling of Not knowing if you are picking a good quality brand . Fun towns inventory is only of the best quality in there different classes. The sales team is awesome. They do so much for you when you buy . It feels good knowing you bought a good quality camper. My family and I bought a wildwood bumper pull with a slide I have not had any issues. And for those who have owned before you know you will run into problems. It's just the purk of being an RV owner. I have recommended funtown yo everyone I know. And will continue to do so.

Kris Menden at Fun Town RV is great to work with.. he walked us through the entire purchase process! He's even answered multiple texts and phone calls as my hubby and I worked through towing it and parking it for the first time! We love our East to West Della Terra! My family and I spent a couple hours walking through all the rv's. It was getting close to time to close but Mike Neuman took the time to walk and talk with us and explain and answer all our questions. Very helpful, not pushy and most of all very informative. Guy Rivers represented Funtown RV with great charactor and professionalism.My purchase experience from Funtown RV was made excellent with the above and beyond service presented by Mr.Guy Rivers who did not hesitate to work with me and my unique situation. He fitted me with the travel trailer that matched my needs as if it were tailored to fit. His recomendations were based on considersations that included my intended use for the travel trailer as well as my vehicle to be used to transport the travel trailer from place to place. Funtown RV was also able to deliver my travel trailer to me over 300 miles away as I was called to work and not able to pull the travel trailer my self. All in all Funtown RV will be my first call when I need and will be my recomendation for anyone ready to make an RV or travel trailer pruchase.

We have purchased 2 travel trailers from Fun Town in Cleburne. Our new travel trailer was purchased in March and we have had a HORRIBLE experience with the Mega Service Center and the advisors and management that work there. We took the trailer in for service on May 22. They were supposed to order a new axel that came from the factory defective. It was unsafe and destroying one of the tires. After not hearing anything from our advisor for a week, we called on May 30 and got the run around and were told the advisor would call us back. She did not. We called on Friday, May 31- same story. We were told the Service Manager would call back-- he did not. We called on Saturday, June 1--again got a different story and a service manager never called. We finally went to the service center on Saturday June 1 in the afternoon, and because we showed up, the repair order finally got opened and parts supposedly ordered. NOTHING had happened on our trailer for 11 days-- No parts ordered, NOTHING. We were promised that parts would be rushed ordered and that it would be fixed before we had to leave for our trip on Saturday, June 8. We found out finally on Tuesday, June 4, that the parts could not be rushed, after we called yet again, with no one returning our calls. Chris Wagner, the Service manager, let us know that the new axel would not be delivered until the following week--after we have to leave for our trip. If the parts would have been ordered on May 22nd by his advisor, who no longer works in the service department as of Monday, June 4, we the part would have arrived in time to be fixed before our trip. His solution was to put a new tire on it and hope that it make the 750 round trip without an accident. We were also told that the 2 VP's of sales for the company also thought this was a viable solution for our family. Just putting a new tire on a bad axel could lead to multiple injuries and accidents if it were to have problem or a tire blow out on the highway. We are appalled that this was their solution for us and that they are willing to put their customers and others in harms way on the road. Because this service department didn't do their job and look at our trailer for 11 days, until we showed up at the Mega Center to find out what was going on, we will probably have to cancel a family vacation. Their solution is UNSAFE, and we will not jeopardize our families safety or the safety of anyone else on the road like they suggested.

Very bad service I won't do business here again. As soon as we decided witch trailer we wanted the friendliness was gone. We bought the trailer and a list of things didn't work. So we took it back to get them fixed, there repairs were very sketchy.

If you have a problem with this company, call and ask to speak to the Chief...i guarantee you he will make things right. Semper Fi.

Sales people are nice finance people are down to earth . Laurell was very good & helpful. I'll trade there in the future .
