This is a great theatre to see a live performance. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Online e-tickets were easy to purchase and redeem at the show. The seats were very comfortable but you'd likely want to pick end seats if you are over 6 foot tall. There is a single occupancy men's bathroom on the first floor and larger men's bathroom on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a small gift shop and a place to get drinks and snacks.

If A Christmas Story is one of your favorite holiday movies you'll want to see the live musical too. The entire cast did a wonderful job portraying the characters from the movie.

We are season ticket holders and absolutely love the Fulton. All of the productions are wonderful with professional casts. We also enjoy Broadway and theatre in Philly, and they are no better than the productions we have seen at the Fulton Opera House. The facility is beautiful, just what a "theatre" should be, beautiful carved ceilings, crystal chandeliers, balconies, comfortable seating, etc. The acoustics are top notch. We highly recommend the Fulton to anyone who enjoys live theater!! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent and intimate venue, there is not a bad seat in the house! Box office was very friendly and helpful with my grandfather purchasing tickets. Bathrooms were clean, although some were "out of order" on a Saturday night - slightly inconvenient for guests. The play itself (Mamma Mia!) was very well done by the cast and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend coming to this historical theater, and we will be coming back ourselves!

Just saw Chicago outstanding cast in an ornate and historic theater. All the ushers were nice and accommodating. Would not hesitate to go again. Excellent job preserving a landmark of culture and creativity in Lancaster county.

Under the leadership of Mark Robbins the country's longest, continuously running theater has taken on challenging stage productions and consistently hit the ball out of the park! It isn't easy pleasing Lancaster's diverse audience of urban transplants, young families, retired folks and tourists but the Fulton's programs manage to delight an ever-growing audience with many shows extending their initial run due to overwhelming demand.

We were doing a scavenger hunt through out the town of Lancaster. One of the clues required us to go inside the theater. The staff was super friendly and allowed us to enter the theater without purchasing a ticket...definitely would love to go back someday to see a show!!

I see several shows on Broadway or Philadelphia per year, and yet the Fulton shows are some of my favorites. It is a small theater so every seat is great, and the talent is Broadway-calibar. You can't beat the value! The studio series is also a great way to experience theater.

The shows are almost always outstanding! The theater itself is incredibly charming and then some! I'm not sure how they would accomplish it because of the nature of a very old building, but the restroom situation is kind of crazy during intermission. Other than that, the perfect evening out.

Wonderful and affordable theatre in downtown Lancaster. Fantastic shows. I've been here with my family for The Wizard of Oz, Elf, Beauty and the Beast (by far my favorite) and my wife and I came alone to see Footloose. These were ALL fantastic performances, great scenery, flawless acting and wonderful sound.

I recommend avoiding the third floor if you have children. And if you have small children get here early enough to borrow a booster seat otherwise they may NOT be able to see anything.

When you order tickets, beware when it says obstructed view. They really mean it, and kids may have a very hard time seeing.

The photo is from the end seats of row B in the mezzanine.

Don't miss this gem in the Heart of Lancaster County. Broadway level shows, if you miss Treasure Island all you can do is be regretful, it was one of the best shows I've ever seen, including Broadway shows. Convenient parking, elevator for the second floor, and accessible seating upon request. Very reasonable prices, incredible shows. If you're going to build a meal into your trip to the Fulton, plan carefully. We try to go to brunch prior to a matinee, and it was impossible. We ended up with the Neptune Diner, not our first choice and had a long wait. If you live here, you've never been to the Fulton, plan your trip and grab a seat, you won't regret it! The show's literally transport you. The staff are very accommodating, and even offer different types of headsets, no charge.

Every show I have ever seen on here is fantastic- and there's really not a terrible seat in the house (except for maybe the last row of the mezzanine). The performances and venue just can't be beat!

Awesome theatre! Like going back in time. Very reasonable tickets and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. There's snacks available and for the adults; drinks. Wife and I just enjoyed what will hopefully be our first show of many; Patsy Cline. Great show received standing ovation.
