Whenever I call this office I never can get someone on the phone to talk to. They close at 5 and I have been calling them since 3:00 and they still wont answer the phone.

Share /update your hours of operation. I went there after 11am and guy at security desk of building told me they closed at 11am . There is no mention of this change on website. Waste of time and money to get there

Fulton County Public Health at 10 park place establishment mailed me a letter with confidential in red ink stamped multiple times on the uncertified envelope. Since the Fulton County Public Health at 10 Park Place mailed this letter to the wrong apartment number I received a call from my leasing office stating they had a letter with my name on it waiting in the leasing office for me. Today when I picked up the uncertified letter that Fulton County Public Health at 10 Park Place had mailed to my up stairs neighbor, it was obvious it had been opened by someone other than myself.

I love the new location and everyone is very friendly

Aldredge is permanently closed. The new location at 10 Park Place will open on May 8, 2017.

I would like extend my gratitude to a few great people who brought kindness and light into my day. Ms. Sadie.S who was just so compassionate and sensitive to my every need during my visit to the T.B clinic and was very resourceful regarding my financial position. Also Ms. Mary in the x-ray department who was very helpful in explaining the procedure,she was comforting and left a smile on my face she also answered many of my concerns! I can't for get Dr. Swan and all the other staff and faculty who contributed such professional etiquette to the success of my visit ..Five stars for Fulton County Board of health!! Thank you so much.

The customer service is so horrible to the point they employees/the servers look dirty including the general manager they cross contaminate the food in the back kitchen which leaves a bad odor Vera front where the drink machine .is filthy flooded with water I have seen employees eat with their bare hands and wipe their hands on their pants and then serve other customers food Their kitchen manager is very races he looks very crazy I Hispanic guy I wouldn t Recommend anyone eating there their food be over at Cook Burnt they do not change the grease

Leadership should be ashamed of the customer service or lack thereof!

Getting your vaccine rescheduled is a huge hassle. I understand the overwhelming call volumes. But when I got my first dose of the vaccine they automatically scheduled me for a date I could not attend for my second dose. They said I had to call this number to reschedule. I called 15 times with a busy tone. The next day I called as soon as they opened and was up on queue for more than an hour. I think that's a little much. Ridiculous! Then when I got a live representative she said I'll call you back in 10 minutes. 45 min later no call. So now I'm on hold again to simply reschedule a second dose appointment I was given no option to change the day of the first shot. They need a better system. No wonder people aren't getting vaccinated fast enough. If this is what they go through.

Everyone here is very friendly and they genuinely care about your concerns I would say the only down side is if you go in as a walk in expect to be there 2-3 hours but they might take appointments or you can get there early.

Don't care about patients at all in their time schedule. Took me 5 hours to get one shot, and don't have any consideration about any of there patients. Don't come here it will waste your time!

Awful customer service!!! They couldn't have been more rude!!! Unfortunately I was not allowed to have a "no star" to post this - My true rating is NO STARS.

Absolutely terrible. Called in on a Tuesday to find out about coming in. Spoke to a lady who gave me all the info over the phone. I told her I would be coming in Wednesday afternoon. She said "ok, see u then". Show up Wednesday at 3pm and they closed at 11am. Wasted time, money and time off work. Unbelievable.

Very fast and helpful. Costumer service was very pleasant i can say i enjoyed my visit.
