I wish I could have selected no stars. Full Beauty Brands are crooks, not surprising their stock is plummeting. They need to go out of business. They went from a great US company to a lousy one, with corrupt employees. Their 3rd world employees in Texas like Lorena are liars, when I caught the company over charging me, she refused to go over the charges to back up her claim then she insulted me for demanding a refund of shipping costs because the so called petite length jeans were 6 inches longer than the 28 inch inseam was supposed to be. Therefore not as marketed as being that s fraud. The quality is garbage, In November I ordered a lined fleece jacket, the fleece and the lining were so thin you could see light when you held up the jacket to put it on. Their clothing is Chinese and Mexican made garbage, material falls apart within a few washes. Sizing is all over the place. Shop elsewhere, even Walmart/Kmart quality as lousy as that is, is superior to Full Beauty Brands.

No customer service whatsoever!! After spending over $1000.00 so far this year my business meant nothing to the rude and dismissive employees on the phone. No wonder they had to file bankruptcy, you cant stay in business like that. Kohls values my business and treats me with respect and will get all my business from now on. Requested to be removed from all mailings!

I also wish I could give this company 0 stars. The customer service is aweful and the return policy need to be considered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am going to write Mr. Fogarty a letter. It is ok if I receive my items after an event, but when I try and return them and get them in on the 60 day mark they are refused. BUYER BEWARE,

HORRIBLE customer service. My wife tried to cancel an order within their hour window, couldn't get through for 20 minutes. Hung up and tried again. Waited some more. Finally got someone on the line. They would not do anything because it was past an hour after she ordered. Stay away from all their brands especially Swimsuits For All!!!! You will be sorry.

full beauty brands is absolutely terrible! from the quality of the material to the packaging to the customer service the company fails miserably. While talking to their customer rep all my opinions were insignificant and he rushed the call just so he wouldn't hear my complaints. if anything I had legitimate complaints I believe would have helped improve but I will never shop there again nor I will ever refer friends. If anything I will make no one I know shops there! Also, not that I care but the brochures are made of recycled toilet paper, just gross!

Fullbeauty always have coupons to get discounts. But the bad side of that is the coupons are for regular price items. You can't use the coupons for clearance items. 95% of the items online are clearance. So the coupons are useless. Either upgrade coupons to use with clearance items or get rid of the coupons altogether.

BUYER BEWARE!! FullBeauty Brands has a 60 day ret...

BUYER BEWARE!! FullBeauty Brands has a 60 day return policy, I get that.They own Swim Suits for All, a seasonal purchase audience (and many other plus-size shopping .com's). Two things happened after I placed an order for 6 items at end of spring for summer use: I received a defective cover-up, the ties would not slide as described because one side was sewn over. I wore it in and discovered the garment was defective, 10 days after their 60 day policy. I was refused an exchange because I missed the time limit.

In that same order, I discovered I had ordered two of the same tops. Even though the second item was unopened and unworn, because it was 10 days after their 60 day policy I was refused an exchange because I missed the time limit.

I felt I had extenuating circumstances, due to medical conditions during that period (breast cancer and hysterectomy) that did prevent me from using the merchandise for such a long period of time. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and was again denied the exchanges.

I highly recommend to everyone that reads this to fully steer clear of all purchases from the Fullbeauty Brands family due to this policy and their disregard for understanding 'life happens' and if you choose not to steer clear--be prepared to forfeit your funds if you are unhappy and understand that they do not care what your 'issue' is.

They are especially known for their many online shopping venues, but all host the same return/exchange policy. They claim to be 'your plus-size marketplace' owning brands like:

This place, without exaggeration, is a disaster.
On the customer side: You re very likely to be disappointed with quality, timeliness, and packaging of any goods you buy. Customer service has a policy that any additional minute spent on the phone with you over a maximum of 5 minutes is a waste of their time & expenses. Most of the brands inflate their retails by 200% and then mark them 50% off . The items you buy are NOT of trustworthy quality.
On the employee side: Horribly understaffed, and no respect from upper or middle management. Terrible work processes, questionable business practices, frequent screaming matches between adults, etc. In my relatively short time there, I saw at least 30 people quit or get laid off.

BEWARE. A ORDER WAS CREATED BY ERROR AND ACCIDENTAL. YES,THEY CHARGED MY BANK,THEN REFUSED TO CANCEL OR CORRECT THE ORDERING INFORMATION. THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND TOOK MY MONEY. THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE IN THE CATALOGS AND ONLINE ARE DIFFERENT PRICES. JUST BY LOOKING,YOU CAN BE CREATING AN ORDER AND NOT EVEN KNOW IT! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY OR CANCEL THE ORDER NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. YOU HAVE TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM THEN HAVE THE US MARSHAL GO AND SHUT DOWN THEIR OPERATIONS BEFORE THEY RETURN YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGES THAT YOU WIN IN COURT. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARES. DONT BOTHER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT DEAL IN DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.

If I could give a Zero-Star rating I would. The clothing has ABSOLUTELY NO quality AT ALL. The sizing is ALL OVER the place. Sizes run from GIGANTIC to not accurate in size. Pants and skirts running 6 inches too short or or 6 inches too long. I bought several of the SAME square-neck t-shirt in various colors in the same size, and some I couldn't get my arms through, and others were so HUGE, the neckline went below my navel. (I kid you not). EVERYTHING is made in China, India or Vietnam and is garbage. VERY poorly cut and sewn. The clothing REEKS of pesticide. Most items fall apart between the 1st and third washing.

I never had a problem with sizing or quality when it was OneStopPlus.

Do not shop here. Buyer beware.

UPDATE: Their 7-Day Knit pants are true to size, are well sewn and of excellent quality, as is their Thermal Shawl Tunic (Roaman's) and Sherpa Shawl Button Tunic.
