On the customer side: You re very likely to be disappointed with quality, timeliness, and packaging of any goods you buy. Customer service has a policy that any additional minute spent on the phone with you over a maximum of 5 minutes is a waste of their time & expenses. Most of the brands inflate their retails by 200% and then mark them 50% off . The items you buy are NOT of trustworthy quality.
On the employee side: Horribly understaffed, and no respect from upper or middle management. Terrible work processes, questionable business practices, frequent screaming matches between adults, etc. In my relatively short time there, I saw at least 30 people quit or get laid off.
