I INSTALL AND SELL FUJITSU, I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS, THE CONFIGURATIONS ARE GREAT, NO ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED, FOR MULTI ZONE SYSTEMS. THESE GUYS BEAT THE COMPETITION, JUST REMEMBER USE A LICENSED CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL, WE ARE IN BUSINESS FOR A REASON, YOU CAN FEEL SAFE USING A LICENSED AN INSURED CONTRACTOR. ITS WORTH IT TO BE SAFE. THE INTERNET SELLS A PRODUCT AND THEN PASSES IT ON TO SOMEONE ELSE NO PROMISES AFTER THAT, PLUS NO WARRANTY ON INTERNET SALES. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE SUPPLIER , USE A CONTRACTOR.

While the units we buy from them haven t failed us, the pens they supply are wack. 6 clicks and the the part where u press with your finger to make the writing part come out of the shell broke. Fujitsu if you re going to provide free pens for contractors to use at least make them reliable. Super embarrassing in front of a new construction walk through with the GC today. Boink my pen cap flies off and we just stared at it for a solid 3 seconds. After none of us had a backup pen I had to resort scratching with a nail on my construction plan. Like the Stone Age days.

I have been installing Fujitsu Ductless systems for the last 10 years. I have 2 units installed my own home. They are the best ductless units out there. Just like anything else if they are not installed properly you will have problems. If you are interested in a Fujitsu or any other ductless make you get an expert to install your system. If your not a expert you shouldnt install them because you give the equipment a bad name.

I would not recommend this company, Fijitsu Air/ Heat Mini Ductless System to anyone!! Also support from the company unacceptable, unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I worked in customer services for a large multi state company for 15 years and would have lost my job for statements made during customer support call to Fijitsu!! We purchased this system, clearly a defective unit and are spending more to repair than system cost! This is our primary source of heating and air and are looking for $$ reimbursement. To date I have sent multiple emails to the support staff who this point in time have not taken this matter to higher management and also given me responses that do not agree with our HVAC company owner who I personally spoken to on multiple occasions! At this time I am going to seek resolve from the Better Business Bureau to have Fijitsu stand behind their product which is clearly defective or lemon . Attempted to email Japan, to no avail!!

Brand new unit installed in 2015 on new construction. Over 20 service calls across 5 different contractors for the same error with many components being replaced and still not working. The unit has maybe ran for 6 months total since installed and Fujitsu won't do anything to help with making it right. Garbage HVAC, garbage company.

Horrible company, I am Trying to get parts that are covered under warranty by fijisu but everything it out sourced to smaller dealerships.
When i called fijisu customer service they no nothing and can not pull up any information on my case. Dont use them there is alot of hassle behind there product

Very bad experience with Fujitsu halcyon air conditioners Installed 4 units. Waste of money.

Do not buy Fujitsu products! I honestly cannot believe that anyone, especially a contractor, would give this brand a high rating. We bought a house 4 years ago that had a Fujitsu mini split. The first winter we lived here, the unit crapped out. Ok, maybe it was there for a while. So, we had it completely replaced. The first winter after, no refrigerant, so we paid to have it added. The next season the unit was deemed unfixable. Replacing it under warranty took over a month. The new unit, in less than a year, is now also losing refrigerant, and giving off NO heat. I have an 82 year old mother living in the room with this unit...we had to move her. The thought of waiting another month to have this unit replaced (in the dead of winter) under warranty makes me want to scream! How can a company get away with this?! How can anyone recommend this product?! It boggles the mind!

If your a consumer do not end up like so many others. If your a contractor save yourself and your business money, time, and aggravation. Fujitsu does not stand by contractors, consumers, or even the Fujitsu products offered. Contractors like myself hate to see the bad reviews from consumers who own these pieces of "Fooshitzu"
