Not really friendly place. Cold shoulder widely present here

Came here to pick up some spare parts for my camera.The location is very accessible and easily located. In front of the building in the compound, there are ample car parks for customers. Once you get in, get a ticket number to get service. I didn't have to wait long to be served as many staffs were located in the front counters. Got very good and efficient and friendly service. The only negative was that spare parts are not cheap. And in my specific case, I had to do a little modification for the part to work properly.

Good service but remember, this is Sales office only, not servicing.

My office uses this brand recently and their service is the best. Previously, we used multiple brands but we had issues on after-sales service. But with Fuji Xerox, they can detect automatically if our photocopier got issues - i think they somehow monitor it from their data center.

So we do not need to worry even on the toner /maintenance. The best part is their machine can scan very easy. Not sure either its an apps or what, but u just need to press one or two buttons and tadaaa...it will scan directly to the specific folder.

So far, they offer the premium one. But i tell u its worth every penny! i can't remember the sales guy name, but in case u read this, thanks a lot for the good service and keep up the good work!

Tips: go to their open day!

Account Manager we have is pretty good but the Service Team lacks training and a solutions oriented mentality. Their reliance on the manual makes one wonder about the quality of training and lack of experience in dealing with anything out of the ordinary.

The Finance team is absolutely horrible, had an aweful experience with the lady who is their finance manager. Rude, arrogant and brushed off any complaint. She gets annoyed when you ask for statements and refuses to check their company bank records as it s too cumbersome!

This is an Ah Chong enterprise dressed up as a Multinational. Spare yourself and avoid this brand at all costs especially if you are a SME and don t have the staff muscle to deal with these morons.

Sometimes these customer service nor the person in charge just don't understand the problems .
They cant even give a proper answer for the solution.
VERY poor their customer service.
I'm so frustrated .
I dont even wan to give a 'star' but i cant post this without this useless star
