Fuji Steak and Sushi Reviews

They sat us down for 20 minutes before taking our drink order then 40 minutes later we got to order our meal. They have went down hill. This was one of my favorite Japanese eateries not anymore.

Love this restaurant. My favorite for hibachi, plus they have great cocktails and delicious sushi. Make sure to go during Happy Hour, their special is half off all sushi rolls, you can't beat that!

I had a great experience. The food was well prepared, hot, and they offer carry-out. Prices seemed reasonable. Good sushi and hibachi. The chattanooga roll and spicy rice are particularly good. I recommend giving this place a try if you're looking for good Japanese cuisine in the area.

Sushi was great ! Service takes a little longer than usual & they got 3 stars instead 4 because of a few reasons
1) Restaurant could've been cleaner
2) Lack of some popular drinks (Fireball & similar)
3) 2 hosts at the front entry & didn't hold doors for customers
4) Too much carbonation in beer taps

Family and I moved here a month ago and have been curious about the sushi in the south. After reading the reviews, both good and bad, we decided to try it on my Bday. We were pleasantly surprised, the sushi rolls and hibachi steak was excellent. Not only that but on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday the rolls are half off which was a bonus. House sake was very good and to end it all, the waitress brought a little piece of cake and candles for me, on the house! The bill was affordable and food and atmosphere very pleasant. Thank you guys we will be back again.

This restaurant is a cool hibachi experience and the food is very good. Both the steak and chicken hibachi are excellent. Their California and OMG sushi rolls are my favorite!

If you are looking for a cool hibachi place to enjoy dinner, I highly recommend this place.

Food was outstanding, but my children (children's order) and the the adults had the same portion of food. SMALL. Also, the cook gave one of my children the incorrect order and after my son ate off the plate, the cook took the plate and scraped the remaining food onto my other sons plate. We most likely won't be back there.

The food hibachi was old that the served my husband it looked like it had been setting in the expo window for at least 5-12 mins and my sushi came to the table and looked like it had been done by a toddler instead of a trained person in that art. The server was a half of what he should or could have been and the sushi was not fresh or appealing. Over all it was bare minimum of sufficient and as I said they charged an extra 5.00 for an extra plate when I just picked at the lamp warmed hibachi because it took 15 mins for old food that was not done by the restaurant that I have used for many years SO Fuji ruined date night, make good choices BYE BYE!

When you first walk in, they'll have you wait in a small room in the front that can fill up very easily depending on how many groups come in at once. It was somewhat awkward but wasn't horrible. The staff we encountered (including our waitress) were very friendly. The restaurant looked really clean and the various fish tanks were a nice touch. The food tasted good and the sushi was amazing. I'd definitely go back.

Only criticism I can think of was it was a little loud with everything going on. But if you don't mind that, I'd recommend it.
