The husband of lousy service is hard to find. Have been a customer there for a number of years, but after their email server went down in November, and some accounts still have not got their history back, it is now thank you and goodbye. The last few months have been marked by endless attempts to reach their support, but there are response times of several days at times. In the last week, I have had contact with Qendresa with them, in order to move everything to another web host, and then the service has been great. Unfortunately, even this service does not help to raise the rating a single step to a second. It is simply not worth investing the money in this company. Find another web host that takes their business and customers a little more seriously.
Absolutely incredibly bad web host, has a super old control panel and important features do not work. Curious and unpleasant support. It is incomprehensible that they exist when there is much better web hosting with good control panel, and support.
Takes charge and cannot deliver, waited 1 month for repayment and their tough customer service hardly gets hold of, and when one gets hold of someone they cannot help one anyway. Lousy!
The worst mail provider. Now the email has been down for three working days and still no info on when it is fixed. We will change mail provider as soon as possible. FS Data is really bad.
Warning, warning, warning !!! Fsdata sends out invoices for e-mail accounts that were free and never used, that you forgot and in the name of honesty did not even know if were even left, all of a sudden you get debt collection invoices from Svea ekonomi for something that is several years old. Up to NOK 4,000. The customer service at Fsdata is almost non-existent and completely unprofessional, has never been treated so badly and unprofessionally. Watch out for these !!!!

Had had both telephone and email contact with Jonathan steaming all the rubbish that happened and promised that he would solve everything but it did not get as he said. Got two collection claims, delay fee of 450 SEK for each invoice. An invoice was already paid and the other I would get a credit invoice before it would be paid but never got it. Is very dissatisfied with the management we experienced. Will not continue to have my services with them anymore. You just get upset and need to devote a lot of time to factors to avoid PAY FOR MUCH otherwise you lose control of factors and credit factors.
Very nice and helpful support, Not the cheapest web host you can find and not the most expensive. But definitely one of the better web agencies in Sweden!

Has worked well in the past but has totally collapsed. Invoice department refuses to call when you have questions without everything should be taken via email. Poor girl in the gear can't help with anything.

That customers will need to look at "operational status" to look for info when the company has emails to all contact persons ... 9 day email is down - have been a customer of this company for over 20 years, but in recent years they have gotten worse and worse, to apparently now crash completely! Would have changed a long time ago!
AVOID! Fs data and its owners miss hosting send out fake invoices to old customers. You who have been affected: Fight! Do not recommend anyone to have fs data or miss hosting to do no matter how good an offer they have, it will be expensive in the long run ...

Have used FS Data's services for a couple of years now for my domains and have no direct complaints on the service as such! Got really good service last night by Richard and he quickly solved my problems as a whirlwind.

Totally frivolous company blowing customers on money !! ANLITA NOT FS Data. I happened to deposit 149 SEK too much since I didn't get any confirmation of the deposit. When I heard from the internet support they first wrote that I would get the money back but then one person wrote that I could not get it. I opened a new case but they closed it down immediately. I turned to the Swedish Consumer Agency, and then to the Swedish Enforcement Agency to get my money back. The worst treatment I have ever experienced from a company. I switched directly to Oderland. They are so much better. Can highly recommend Oderland.

He quickly assisted with the help of moving the platform, looked over everything related to the digital and also came up with very good suggestions for tailor-made solutions for the company. And as a bonus, I can say that everyone at DSolution is extremely service minded and available. There are no long telephone queues and you also have a contact person who is responsible. To all of you who have problems with FS Data, I can only recommend that you quit as soon as possible and call DSolution and Jimmy. Greetings from me!
It can not get worse than this. Email impossible to reach since 9 days, support continues to send incorrect information. Together with an IT technician, I have spent hours trying to change my password according to the support's proposal - impossible. FS data is run!

SCANDAL The email is down on the 5th day without them having succeeded. Reports that they are soon up and running, but constantly new excuses problem. A mega crash that should not occur.!
I had heard very much about FS Data so went over to them for their email system and domain management with the intention of running everything there in the future, but got to change to another again after a few months. Partly there is no working support, they do not respond to certain emails. Then when I ordered web hosting from them I first got a bill from another company, for more money than he said on the phone and then did not start them service immediately even though I chose to pay by card. After a long wait, I chose to undo the purchase and get the money back instead. Although they agreed to cancel the purchase I had to chase them to get back money they said they would pay back - I got the money back the other day - about 6 months AFTER they had said they had made the payment .... And this was after having emailed them five hundred and eleven times (it is not fun to feel that you are chasing someone). Don't know what happened in the company, but they probably need to restructure a lot and try to come back better ...
Had there been "minus stars" it would have been more appropriate ratings. A company that used to be good but now turned into one of the most rogue in the industry. Sends invoices for services that are never ordered. Does not respond to mail when disputing the invoices. And I'm far from alone about this.
After a bit of misunderstanding between consumer and company, they are very accommodating and understanding to me as a consumer.

Unstable web hosting with poor technology. Many were affected by FSData's major crash at the end of 2020. Inadequate support. FSData blocks critical customers in social media. Nowadays no good supplier.
Warning!!!! They send invoices that you have not received for collection. This is rogue company. See that more people have had the same problem. Then the company would write off the invoice I did not agree with but then regret it. It's hard to get rid of membership. I had to call 10000 times before I succeeded.

5 days without email. Now running again, but all computers and phones are without calendars and contacts after synchronization with an empty Exchange server. All data gone. Is there a backup? Probably not, FSDATA does not answer that question. Anyone know a good operator with Exchange?
So there is no better and faster service. It is not possible to get. I really recommend this company. I know I chose them because they were cheap but now I would have stayed even if they became the most expensive

I have used FS data for 25 years. In recent years, FS data services have unfortunately been unstable with recurring interruptions, a non-existent support with Baghdad Bob-like statements that everything will soon work despite the features being completely missing. The last 2 weeks without the opportunity to send or receive emails have seriously damaged my business.

Fraudsters !!! Connect yourself to free service and then convert it to paid and send invoices without your approval. I have received an SEK 900 invoice from fs data for e-mail that I have had with another supplier for 5 years. So for a service that does not exist at all.
Sweden's worst company in 2019? Worth knowing is that their IP is blocked by many companies so don't expect your mail to arrive. If you use FS Data, you are writing to have constant problems. Support is ignorant and incredibly unpleasant. I would avoid this business every day of the week.

Sends collection claims on invoices, despite having terminated all services you have several years ago. Still sends new invoices even though you have received confirmation that everything is canceled and that you will not receive more invoices.

They had a catastrofic failure and keept the customer without email for 6 (long) days. Still after 9 days none of the email history is back online and systems are barely working. The customer service has been deficient and they were constantly feeding false hope to their customer in an attempt to stop them flying away.
WARNING BEWARE FOR THIS TOTAL OSERIAL BUSINESS !!! FS Data has been very good once. But recently, they changed owners and drove everything to the bottom. If you have any problems, do not count on getting any help, even with simple errors / settings on their server. Their solution was to buy a new web host when I recently paid for 1 year in advance ?! Absolutely bad. Expect 1 hour queue time if you want to reach them over the phone or chat. For over a week I have tried to get help with a very simple problem that was with them but without results. Last time they threw on the handset in my ear. Whatever you do do not choose FS Data or Miss Hosting (same owner).
