Yes Angel and his partner were very professional very kind very informative They got here on time They did the job They took care of it it got fixed I I really appreciate that they didn't leave a mess. They are still practicing mask and social distance I would definitely use their service again I know they've been in business for a long time and and that's probably why they have some of the best employees

Great job on my a/c unit. Thank you It was looking pretty bad, but it was back up and working great in no time.

Called Frymire to have a leaking outdoor hose spigot fixed. Used online scheduling which was easy and allows you to upload videos or pics of the issue so the plumber comes prepared. I uploaded a video, and spoke to Gisselle on the phone. However when plumber arrived he quickly left because he didn't have correct parts or tools. Got charged $80 trip fee.

I really appreciated Enrique s skill and professionalism. His work replacing our a/c fan was excellent because he took the time to do it right. So grateful for his insight and willingness to drive and pick up an extra tool that was needed ALONG with doing extra to stabilize our unit to ensure optimal performance for our motor .

Patrick showed up first, on time and with a great personality. He was thorough, efficient and left no stone unturned. He showed me what was wrong and why. Super personal and made me feel comfortable with what was going on. He didnt use any crazy jargon and called Frank right away when I requested a quote for a bigger project. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Talked through all my options and made sure to leave plenty of info behind. Fantastic customer service. These guys were amazing.

Frymire installed a new water heater in June2019. For about the last 6 months we have noticed that the hot water runs out after about a 10 minutes shower. Frymire, Colton Reil, came out and verified that the hot water heater is working great. However, he persisted and realized that somewhere in the house a single valve faucet was leaking high pressure cold water into the low pressure hot water. After discussing with us, he replaced the shower valve that had not been used very much and now we have 20-25 minutes of hot water. For a 50 gal hot water tank and a shower running with a 2.5 gpm shower head, that gives 20 minutes of hot water. Thank you Colton. Great "Sherlocking".

Enrique was on time, courteous, knowledgable, and patient with my ignorance. He told me what he was doing, and what he found. He presented me the options for service/upgrade but wasn't at all pushy. He did a great job and represented Frymire very well.

This company texts a picture of the tech when he is on his way and they wear a company uniform. Enrique arrived as quickly as was told. Very professional and very knowledgeable of my a/c system. Found the problem that other servicemen had not been able to do. Made the necessary repair and made sure I understood it all. Very pleased and I gladly recommend them for all a/c repairs.
