TERRIBLE!!!! Horrible property management company. Multiple misappropriation of rent payments. Do not clean breeze ways. Terrible maintenance crews. Dirty grounds. When trying to reach the corporate reps they do not respond. Don't live at any of these properties please. Think of your children!!! Bunch of sleaze bags!!!!!
Stuart gardens is the worse than ever before property management is terrible... Property management attitude is nasty got put out cause of the maintenance man who supposedly to fix the water heater in the kitchen.... They have shootings around there like every night the the neighbors next door had guys staying there 1302 16 street .has men young and old at her apartment and music lound all hours of the night
I stopped by to make some repairs. It is a beautiful historic building. The charm of this place is amazing.

Called several times to try to discuss how the handling...or lack thereof my application was for one of their properties and absolutely no help. It goes directly to a voicemail that they probably never listen to. The website is also not very helpful. Very disappointed of the level of professionalism this company and its properties have.
