Amazing frozen yogurt but customer service must be improved! I m not American and it was my first time visiting Orlando; I was not familiar with the store concept, so I politely asked the guy how everything work and he was not welcoming and answered pretending I knew everything which is not good for foreign tourists

It was a great experience, the variaty of flavors of yogurt, uhnn love it. The pkace very clean and the lady in charge the puerto Rican is very professional and has a great customer service. I would recomend it to everydody.

I had been to one of your competitors one time, walked in and walked right out! There was nothing I liked about the place. I had never been to a Menchie s before and was somewhat hesitant. From the first day I visited the shop I was greeted warmly. The shop is warm and inviting! The only thing I can say negative is that I soooo wish you opened at 11 am, I work early hours, so my urge to head over comes early! Lol I want give a great shout out to my gal Millie. She always has a smile and is so helpful for all my needs and wants! I enjoy seeing her when I go to get my fix! I will always be a loyal customer. Can t wait to take my grandsons there!
I loved my frozen yogurt experience at this place. Other customers recommended the caramel coconut cookie craze. I had a plethora of toppings to chose from. It was heavenly.
Nice she wore a mask and they have two vegan flavors.today they were watermelon and pineapple..wish they had a vegan non fruit flavor too...

the original art of the tart machine doesn t work properly at the central ave, orlando/downtown menchie s and the owner refuses to replace it. i often purchase yogurt by the xl quart size ($$$ very pricey) and their art of the tart flavor repeatedly has a too sweet gooey taste/texture. even gritty. staff has passed this information along to the owner and told me he said it s too expensive to replace the machine...NOT happening . i ve had original art of the tart in dozens of menchie s -even japan! and the difference in taste is huge. if you bring this difference in quality to the attention of the employees (who seem kinda loopy at times) they become defensive. it s just yogurt. lighten up
Pretty good! Could use more allergen - free options but I really appreciate their allergen labeling system. Usually they have 2 dairy free options that can be swirled together but yesterday they only had one. Kind of assumed they d keep the machine totally dairy-free at all times so that was weird
The service was not up to par. The Cashier for the day was rude.
This is a really cool place to visit! Making your own ice cream bowl is a lot of fun and there are plenty if options in flavors and toppings
Not impressed. Flavours were sort of runny. Some stations were out of order. Not a big variety of toppings (no boba, no whip cream, no almond slices, maybe others. Clerks seemed tired and weren't friendly. My family were visiting from a different city with our children, so we tried to wash hands before our frozen yogurt but they didn't have soap in the restrooms. I don't think we will come back
I love this place because there's different flavors constantly and you get to choose your toppings. The flavors are different and they're awesome! You get to create your own creation!
I'm only putting that because the person that is there young kid is completely out of it , looks like hes on something. Was standing there fixing his hair on his phone camera and not paying attention. I tried paying with my menchies card reward and he had another person amount mixes in with mine making it $10.89 and I kept trying to explain to him that it was not right. I seriously think he was high. There were a lack of toppings available as well.

Menchies frozen yogurt is great if you looking for a calorie conscience quick sweet grab!
The last few times I've been here the waffle bowls have been stale. When spending an average of $5.00 or more on yogurt, this is not OK. At my last visit, where more stale waffles bowls awaited, I inquired with the staff about this and was told that they were unaware when they were made last. I then asked if they use a system of marking when the bowls were made and the staff person said they didn't do this. Seems odd if they want their customers to enjoy fresh items and disappointing.

All of these reviews are completely wrong. Daniel the store manager is the nicest and all the staff there are great and professional . They always have a smile and are happy to help you. Also alicia shoemate your completely wrong I am From South Africa as well and I have been here multiple times a week. I just think you have a personal problem. I think i was there when you where asking for corporate number and you where calling them racist Daniel just asked you to please leave since you where making a scene he was super nice about it
Maybe you have a good product but your customer service is not even something that you can call service. Daniel is a horrible employee who does not represent anything that makes your experience nothing but horrible one. We will not come back here again.
I found a nice place with new products for me. But his employee Daniel was not very kind. It bothered us because we used more than 3 paper copies (we were 6 people) to taste the flavors, but we bought 7 ice creams. It is very bad taste that gesture given the price of the product. Due to this experience we decided not to sponsor this business again.

I took the dark chocolate alone with some peanut butter chocolate crispy and it was really good.
Moreover it's not expensive and not fat so nice for having a great time with a great diet!!

I have ice cream on munchies but you have problems with your employee. Now with costumers in the store there s no one here. And before when I bought, the cashier was so distressed and was with an whatever face. Was not good at all.

It's in a nice central location. However, it says there is customer parking on the Google listing. The parking available is very minimal so plan on driving around a bit for find a spot.
I honestly don t know how the customer service or offerings were because every time we have tried to come here they have closed early 3 different times. Up to 45 minutes before the published hours and often at least 10 minutes before closing hours. We er quick, we know what we want and get out quickly. 10 minutes is more than enough when we show up near closing, but the location seems to often close before closing time. I mean, door locked, lights off, they must have already done closing operations long before they should be. Considering we fought through Orlando traffic to get and were up fro Tampa each time, it was pretty disappointing.
by the far worst business i have be too and never will return to to angel and the other guy, i guessing he was a supervisor(a nasty supervisor). I pretty much discriminate because i was African American. i recommend not african american people enter that business because you wont' give the same treated like white american. thanks Angel and the other guy.
They do not have good flavors, there is no variety of yogurt flavors and they do not allow using the toilets in times of coronavirus, which requires even more continuous cleaning.
This was my best Menchie's experience the manager was super nice and helpful
