Motor problems from day one. 5 machines 12 to 15 motors burnt up in 2 years If you purchase machines you better have mechanical skills, you will be replacing parts and fixing yourself even if it's still under warranty. You will never see a technician come fix your equipment. We will be going with a different brand machine for our second yogurt shop location. Word of advice to the people you talk on the phone when you call ( a little phone etiquette goes a long way and returning phone calls may help keep your customers happier )

Have 3 Donper USA machines and like them all. Less expensive and a longer warranty than other machines we looked at. We have the XF124 for high volume margaritas (x2) and a D150 for soft serve ice cream. Tech support on the phone is good - have used it a couple times and have been able to avoid paying for service techs. We primarily use them for event catering.

Bought a machine recently..the D600... great little machine. Only wish it had an adjustable hopper temp as the yogurt tends to freeze in the hopper...wish I got the D900, but not unhappy with this tabletop unit.
I had a technicsl issue and called tech support. They were very responsive and helpful ..thanks Donper.

BACK TO EXACTLY WHAT I SAID!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase another XF124. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is very true in this case. I currently own a few of their XF124s now and I've been having buyer remorse since I got them. They look great but they don't perform well. I bought their demos which were built in October of 2018 and they are HORRIBLE. They look great but the build quality is terrible!! Handling the machine is a true safety hazard. I sliced my hands/fingers numerous times due to the razor sharp stainless steel that wasn't smoothed out by the manufacturer. You can see sharp metal screw drilled through the bottom just hanging. I opened the backlight panel to replace the signage and found chunks hot glue holding the sign in place! They are also much heavier. When I have them on a utility cart they shake extremely bad. Last but not least they don't consistently do what they were made to do "FREEZE"... Over the last 3 weeks, I've been freeze testing margarita mixes with and without alcohol. It doesn't matter what environment (Inside or Outside 70 degrees or 90) I could not get consistency from either machine. No matter how much spring adjusting I did, these machines would not perform! One run it may freeze and the next it wouldn't get below 25 degrees. Delivering these to customers would be like playing Russian Roulette with a business you're hoping fails.

UPDATE!!

I spoke with tech support to "support" me in resolving issues with their product. Alex requested I bring the machine in so their team could inspect it and repair if needed. After dropping my machine off, Alex called me angry about the above review Bo or Melinda of Margarita Xpress alerted him of. He threaten to void any warranties I had on my machines because I left a negative review of my experience and opinion of the product that I spent $5400 cash to buy that doesn't work. I found this extremely unprofessional and ignorant on both Alex of Donper USA and Margarita Xpress. At least you'll know who you're dealing with if you purchased machines or are interested in doing business with of these companies. They work together and seems that Margarita Xpress would like to blackball me because of my opinion of another company's product. Donper USA should not tolerate their employees calling customer's or potential customer's about reviews left on their website. No matter how negative or positive. Just not professional!!!
