Not trucker friendly. Frozen side is definitely manageable. No overnight parking so have some time on your clock before coming here. Staff was friendly. Be sure to check that your seal numbers match the bills. They almost got me. Also inspect the load and use load locks. Sometimes they just sit icecream (unrapped) on a pallet at end of trailer.

Frostbite Brands, Inc.
Slow at loading and have no regards for a drivers time
Manufacturing facility in the middle of a neighborhood, zero parking available and dock access from the street. Complete Mickey Mouse operation.
Tight parking, if you don't know how to back. Got us loaded quick once we were assigned a door.
No space,no parking lot,no toilet,no night parking lot,nothing
Loaded quick but it is such a shame they don't have intercom or at least a buzzer, they make you call the shipper instead to open the door. Better get here from the south since it is no room to uturn
Very small location to maneuver a big truck. You have to use the street to back into the dock. Also from my experience I waited three hours in the street before I even got a chance to back in to start unloading.
They did let us in a day early & unloaded our 2 pallets in the street, very tight, no overnight parking
Check In 1 b4 schedule time Door assigned in a timely manner out within 2 hr window Like getting loaded out of here Con . Tight street back if doors are full Cars in the way can't get full swing in too line up correctly with door .
Rude checkin person. There is enough room to dock in if you are for frozen department.
Tight location to deliver but they get you in and out.
Nice people but no room to move tight backing houses in front of you
I was late for my appointment due to refer issues but the staff was kind and unloaded my trailer in a timely manner. Thanks!!
Was loaded very quickly, however I would call in advance to see if load is ready. On a side road with tight docks and no place to park if you show up early and they aren't ready for you. No parking signs on both sides of road bc it's a neighborhood.
This should not be a place for semi trucks. You are backing into a dock from a busy residential street. It's not safe. No facilities for driver to use. When checking in...u stand up on a box and strain to hear the person inside the building. Do not call the number to check in..they no longer do that.
Very fast loading arriving at the time of the appointment
No parking signs on street. No where else to park. Sign says call to check in. Did that. 2 hours later, someone knocks asking did I sign in? Yes 2 hours ago, your sign says to call to check in. Oh, we don't use that anymore. We don't check the phone. Seriously? Then take the signs down and show where to go. Definitely do not want to come back here.
Easy in and out. Checked in and was loaded out in hour and a half. Employees were super cool. Come in from the south off of 276& douglas-sylvania-fitch so you don't have to blindsided back. No room to turn around, no truck parking
Not that tight easier backing there than Amarda hub in atl
Delivered to the frozen side every one was very nice and professional was told it would take about and hour to unload but was in and out in about 30 mins all total
To those complaining about this location being tight... no this is not tight. Deliver to Boston or anywhere in the northeast... those places are TIGHT! Just take your time it's not a race. Use GOAL SUPER FAST LOADING
Avoid! Not suitable for 53' trailer/sleeper Tiny street you have to back from Only like 7 docks. Cars everywhere and in the way. No parking on street, police on patrol. Ridiculous place, if your not very experienced protect your CDL and avoid coming here. Also turn on Fetch st from W. Sylvania Ave so you won't be blind side. There's absolutely no place to turn around on Fetch st.
Never had a problem picking up from here , come from South and precool your trailer
A complete shambles on the street outside. This has no business being located here. It is not suitable for trucks and cars are wizzing up and down Fitch. I had to back off the street into dock 10 through a chain link fence gate with cars parked a wee bit too close for comfort. Because of experience and thoroughly scoping out the situation on foot I had a tight but straightforward back. I feel sorry for a rookie though. Unloaded me - eventually, in their own good time. Took so long it ruined the rest of my day. Unproductive for 1 day thanks to Frostbite Brands. I'll avoid 'em in the future. Crazy drive from VA to make it on time and then the usual - wait, wait, wait.
