I gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. They started just this year to run the pools in my HOA and I will be addressing the HOA board recommending they are not allowed to do so in the future.

I do not, nor have I ever, worked for your company and my complaints are about safety issues I and others have observed. I will also be taking my concerns to the county board of health.
Last time I checked, this is America and I am free to express my opinion on Google reviews as long as I follow their terms -- which I have. There are NO positive reviews (except for one that is obviously sarcastic) about your company and other poor reviews have been removed because you threatened a lawsuit.
Get a clue and instead, your first response to EVERY negative post is to allege bias and threaten a lawsuit, you might consider actually reading the reviews and fixing the issues with your obviously horrible company.
A great company! I've worked for several pool companies and this one is much better. They treat their employees very well and the upper management shows that they truly care about you. Definitely recommend!
I have seen the dedication and work ethic the managers of Front Range Recreation through multiple seasons. They put in the work and make sure their people are taken care of without question. This is both their employees/managers as well as the respective members of the pool to ensure they are safe in the pool and keep everything in working order.
This company deserves a solid 5 stars.

They do not take this commitment lightly. They are leaders in swimming pool management.
By seven they were out of several items and did not tell us until our food was close to being served. They forgot the Naan bread which was a big part of one dish and brought it after we were almost through. They were not that busy, so no excuses.
Really unprofessional in the way they treat their employees. They should be embarrassed at their management.
Don't work here - they don't pay you. Daughter waited 2 weeks after each pay period before they gave her check and then came up with 100 excuses as to where the checks were. ILLEGAL
This is my first summer working for Front Range. I am teacher in the "off-season", and I am so impressed with how flexible and accommodating Front Range has been to my schedule and needs. I feel like this company truly shows they care about their employees and their lives. I recommend any young person looking for a first-time job or someone who needs summer work, this is an excellent opportunity.
I used to work at Front Range elsewhere, but was hired here, so I know what this company is about. Poor customer service at this location, they just wanna keep the contract with the HOA. I worked at another building and had to refer people to call here quite often, and I always get complaints of noone answering the phone here at Front Range. Jenn, the manager on duty is not professional at all and was making me do alot of her work on the side, since she was my boss and had the power to do that.
Customers often ask me for basic things, I immediately send the request to Jenn or Eli, and nothing is EVER handled by them in a timely manor, unless their contract with another company is being risked. It always took weeks to months even for some inventory.
I used to be in the office of another building, and they had me working jobs that are not in my job description, and on top of that they were physically abusing a disabled employee by doing so. But I did the work, suffering completely, cause I needed the income.
They fired me after I was late one time due to my pain level not allowing me to travel to work. I had tried to explain this, asked for this to be a warning, but they didnt care. They lost 4 whole dollars by me being late that one time. then they tried to say I said something rude or whatever to a customer, which was definitely not true.
Front Range Recreation is a wonderful company to both work for and I enjoyed every moment of it. I ve been a facility manager for 2 years now. The core managers have always been great! They take good care of the pool and employees. My staff has always been delightful and hardworking. Front Range is a wonderful company and available 24/7

I have been working with Jay, Jen and Eli for about 10 years at a notoriously difficult location. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and available for any of our client's needs. When it comes time for maintenance or renovation they can help there too. This company looks out for itself by putting their customers needs first. Eli is always searching for ways to save communities money while at the same time maintaining or improving the level of service. The fact that they can do what they do with very young lifeguards who are new to the workforce is a testament to their policies and procedures. I am proud of their guards and have seen a couple of rescues first hand, what a great feeling to know that these fine young employees are properly trained! I cannot say enough about this company. I would give more stars if I could - Highly recommended!
Great company to work for. All core managers are very supportive of pool managers and they are always there any time someone needs something. This is a very professional company as well as how all issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
