Frogfoot is quick to say that they do not ptovide service to their end users, but at the end of the day it is this useless company that causes a lack of service delivery to the eventual end user. I honestly wish i could give this sad company zero stars.
There is no option in the review to not give a score, I would have given a zero star, absolutely untrustworthy, messy work, false promises. Not to be trusted at all by any complex, house, municipality awarding them opportunity to lay cables!!!
Please be warned that frogfoot is misleading the public. Just got told they may only be able to install after the lockdown after email and email to web africa. This was not disclosed and they basically trying to make you a customer. Then you wait for days and weeks only to be told they cannot actually install as some of thier contractors are not working. I understand the difficulty of the lockdown and that everyone is trying thier best. However they are promoting thier services as if they are actually able to fulfill your order.
