Kyle Sullivan is the best! Very helpful, takes his time explaining details of my new car! I have bought 3 cars from Friendly....all from Kyle! Brian in Finance is great too! It's a pleasure doing business there!

Showed up for my appointment for oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection first thing in the am. Was greeted right away by a greeter and an advisor. They got me right in and waited in the newly renovated waiting area. Very clean and even had hot coffee at the sales showroom. My advisor was attentive and not pushy, made it very comfortable during my wait. I have prepaid service on all my Friendly vehicles, and never take them anywhere else, there staff, service and OEM parts make it a no brainer to bring your vehicles for one stop shopping. Thanks again Friendly for your outstanding customer service.

The building looked very nice inside and out! Bob and everyone I spoke to where knowledgeable and super welcoming. Car looks beautiful, got a great deal, and had plenty of delicious coffee. Would recommend as a good place to purchase a car from.

I was having an oil change which was covered under...

I was having an oil change which was covered under my extended warranty. I went in on time and they took my car in on time. It was done within 45 minutes which I thought was great. However, they forgot to put a reminder sticker for the next oil change. I returned to the garage and spoke to an employee. He questioned me about the year of my car and then proceeded to tell me that I didn t need a sticker and that I should be able to listen to my car. I stopped listening to him so there might have been something intelligent and pertinent that he had to say but I really just wanted to have a reminder sticker. I have never had anyone question me about requesting a reminder sticker or educate me about listening to my car in order to gauge when the next oil change was due. I did go in and ask a manager for a reminder sticker and did receive one. The manager and technician that provided the reminder sticker were professional and appropriate. I don t feel that the employee who suggested that I listen to my car was either.

Sales person was really honest and nice. Just bad that there are no new cars at any of the dealerships due to the car shortage. So you have to pre order your car and wait

Good service. Smooth from roll up for service (follow the signs into the airy garage door where the room have multiple doors open for airflow. They did my state inspection in 45 minutes and an oil change in 15. Easy.

While our salesperson had a good grasp of the product, he was not thorough in his explanation on the finances involved with our lease. In my opinion, he lacked clarity, he was talking too much and too fast and his follow up procedure was substandard. As the consumer, I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation on the financial end of the transaction instead of being rushed to make the deal!
