Requested a red flower plant for Mother s Day & a very hardy & vibrant Azalia was delivered. They were beautiful.
So sad. I have purchased mostly with cash from this Austin business for the last 45 years. And so, I trusted them with a Thanksgiving delivery or after delivery for better quality to a very special person. Sadly, Freytags chose to do business with a less than professional Houston floral delivery with a small white poinsettia with one large broken limb tucked into the pot to make the plant look more even. My sweet friend would not even send me a pic to save my embarassment. $85 for a small white poinsettia. Very sad.

Freytag's florist still remembers what customer service is all about. There was an issue with the delivery address. Once it was brought to their attention, the manager personally called me back and quickly went above and beyond to make certain it was resolved. I also went with the "Deal of the Day" option. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Both the recipient and I were beyond pleased.
Even though the price was pretty high for a such a small plant it was worth it to me not to deliver it myself.
I have been a customer of Freytag's Florist for over 30 years. They are extremely dependable, and on that very rare occasion that something does not work out they go out of their way to rectify the situation quickly and to my satisfaction. Great selection, competitive pricing and whether ordering on-line or dropping in I feel like I'm getting very personal service. They do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call if there is any question regarding your on line order.

So disappointed to find out the flower arrangement was left on the porch. I have never heard of that before. They had two different concact numbers, and never tried to call. We will definitely not be return customers.
Follow up: After speaking with management and expressing my disappointment, They followed up thoroughly to make sure the flowers were received in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the care and concern they showed to us.
I've used Freytag's for birthday/anniversary arrangements, as well as for my wedding, and I have always been extremely impressed. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering their high quality flowers. They deliver Monday-Friday and Saturday until 2pm. They offer consultations for larger events like weddings, but they did warn me up front that they do not do "big weddings." My wedding flowers consisted of 2 altar arrangements, 2 bouquets, and a few various boutonnieres and corsages. Their showroom is not extensive, but they will work with any suggestions you give, in addition to offering their own ideas. Truly an Austin gem!
I had worked over 4 hours with the Send Flowers button on the obit website that got me nowhere. The funeral home gave me freytag to call and within minutes I had a lovely well priced arrangement that arrived on time the next morning. Fantastic help and quality

First time I have ever ordered flowers to be delivered! My daughter just started a new position as Nurse Supervisor on the evening shift and I believe it will be her first time to have flowers delivered to her! I prefer to shop local and family owned is an extra plus because family is really what it is all about, helping each other. They have a lovely selection, the whole process online was easy (except choosing).... Can't wait to do it again !!!!

I had to send flowers to a funeral for the first time since my dad couldn't do it & I had to step up. I arrived to my aunt's family visitation last night & the first words out of my dad's mouth were how gorgeous the flowers were & what a good job I did. I know it's just flowers, but little things like this matter.

I ordered flowers for a friends funeral. They were beautiful. The funeral home however, gave my flowers to the wrong family, but managed to give the card attached to the right family. I shared that information with Freytag's via email. Carrie replied and very sweetly offered to deliver a replacement arrangement to the family on my behalf. I didn't ask for that to happen and I didn't hold Freytag's responsible in anyway. They made the offer all on their own and it was SO appreciated. The flowers they delivered were just as beautiful as the arrangement I originally chose. These are the kind of business's that I want to deal with. They went far beyond my expectations!

I first placed an order for flowers to apologize to my girlfreind. Ordered a "$100" arrangement over the phone. The flowers arrived and my girlfriend sent me a pic. I was shocked to see a tiny little arrangement that could have taken as little as $25-30 to make myself. I contacted freytags and spoke to Amanda. She asked me to send a pic, and that she would arrange to have new flowers sent to correct the situation. I just saw the 2nd set of flowers they sent, and it was amazing. I am a florist in Minnesota and have been using Freytag's to send flowers to my mother in law for years. She is here for 3 months in the summer and I always give her lots of flowers so she gets them often. I called Freytag's on Mon. 12/23 and asked for a designer choice arrangement for Christmas. I told the person helping me about my MIL and she listened to everything I wanted regarding the feeling of the design for the arrangement! Even though I called last minute they took excellent care of my order.My MIL was totally impressed with the flowers that Freytag's sent and has called twice to say how beautiful they are. She is not easily impressed now because I spoil her with flowers! I totally trust Freytag's and highly recommend them. If you need someone you can trust to help you make a good impression trust Freytag's. No way can FTD Teleflora or the grocery store do that for you folks!

Then later the same day, I received a confirmation of delivery email. These emails give customers, especially from far away, assurance that you have taken care of the order expeditiously.

Freytag's Florist has been my choice for years. Even though I live in Houston, I wouldn't trust any other florist to deliver to my Austin family and friends. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. My one regret is Freytag's isn't in Houston.
I'm new to the area. When asked to a friend's where to buy flowers, she said Freytag's. She wasn't wrong. Ordered 2 birthday bouquets, sight unseen - just gave them a price for each bouquet. They were both gorgeous and much larger than I expected! (Admittedly, I know virtually nothing about flowers except people like to receive them :-))
I called Freytag's on Friday late afternoon in the hopes that the florist might be able to deliver a flower arrangement to my sister on Saturday. Sure enough - I received wonderful help from the person on the telephone and my sister texted around 12:30 on Saturday to say she was so pleased to receive the gorgeous flowers. Thank you Freytag's!

Outstanding Customer Service!!! Arranged for flowers to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. Jasmine Santana at Freytag helped me to complete my order and even helped me to split up my payment! Turned out flowers could not be delivered to my friend in the hospital because she was in ICU which is restricted from receiving flowers. When they tried to deliver again, my friend had been discharged so Jasmine at Freytag contacted me to arrange delivery at the home address only to find out my friend was recuperating at her mom's house in another city! Jasmine called me back to make arrangements to have a local florist make the delivery. All this occurred over a 5 day period and Jasmine was quick to always follow up and let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate all the time and effort Jasmine took to make sure fresh, beautiful flowers were delivered to my friend.

Received a BEAUTIFUL arrangement of flowers for my birthday. The flowers arrived around 9am so it as a great way to start my birthday! The arrangement itself was beautiful, it had little birthday streamers and the attention to detail on the stems was incredible! As I was taking it apart to toss after a few weeks I realized there were little wires to keep the flowers straight, you could tell they spent a lot of time making sure it was just right. I really loved it and would happily recommend Freytag's for any birthday deliveries/arrangements!

Excellent customer service experience! I had ordered a balloon to go with the bouquet but it didn t make it. I called the store and instead of just taking the charge off the offered to do a small arrangement with the balloon and deliver it again. Way to go above and beyond. The best part is I did all of this online from TN. I will definitely be using this company again.

The ordering experience was easy. I was disappointed in the arrangement. I thought it looked especially small for the price. I used designers choice and I think I would have done better to select a specific arrangement.
I had mistakenly misspelled the name of my new Great Niece when I sent an arrangement to my nephew & his lovely wife. When I realized my error, I sent an e-mail marked URGENT with the corrected spelling of the baby's name - which Marion promptly rectified.
