Great service and beautiful arrangement of flowers. Quick service and will definitely use this florist when I have a need again for there service in the Austin TX. area.

I ordered at 8:30 in the morning for a same day delivery. The flowers were there by 10:30, and they were stunning. They followed the special directions perfectly. I will definitely be using Freytag's Florist for all other flowers I buy.

The delivery charge is outrageous, especially since Freytag has assigned this order to an affiliate in Dripping Springs where ;the flowers are to be delivered. Next time I'll order from an on-line company out of this state who doesn't charge humongous delivery charges!

Fabulous service and a wonderful and beautiful display for a very special Memorial Service. They listened to every request about the way I hoped they would look. Very Happy with my purchase. I wanted to send some flowers to a special someones office and after browsing around a few different sites I decided to go with Freytags. I really liked that they were delivered by hand rather than in a box like many other places. I will say I wish the images on their site would have had something to scale the flowers to. I had a hard time judging how big / extravagant ( I didn't want something too big, but didn't want to look cheap either) the flower sets were from their images. The set I got turned out being bigger than I expected, but still totally acceptable. She loved them, they are very fresh and full of color. I will choose FreyTags for my business next time!

Amazing arrangements, prices extremely reasonable, everyone has been very helpful in creating what I've wanted, and always have what you order delivered on time. Great place to do business for all occasions. They will always have my business.

I spent over $100 on the delivery. Small, quaint, boring flowers... after a few days of watering, I realized, THEY WERE STUFFED IN STYROFOAM. ??? Confused on price and all else.

I had a birthday party for my husband and, at the recommendation of Fleming's at the Domain, used Freytag's Florist for the centerpieces for the table, which were simply amazing and exactly what I wanted. I wanted to keep the floral arrangements elegant, but wanted to add some balloons to give them a party feel. Even though I couldn t really explain what I was envisioning, the staff read my mind and put together the perfect combinations. At the end of the night, I cut the balloons from the arrangements, gave them to the 5-year-old in attendance, and gave the flowers to the ladies who were present, all of whom thought the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. Thanks again for reading my mind and creating centerpieces that were perfect for our event!

I am out of town and placed a last minute order for a client's mother that had just passed away. She was only going to be in the office for a few hours and Freytag's delivered in 2 hours. What amazing service!

Ordering flowers for an out-of-town funeral is an "iffy" thing. You are unsure if the arrangement delivered, which if most often unseen by the sender, is worthy of the price you've paid. My husband actually traveled five hours to attend the visitation and sent me a picture of the arrangement that we sent. It was beautiful and much fuller and larger than I had ever imagined it would be! I appreciate the care, love and concern you put into your flower arrangements. I would highly recommend you to anyone!

The flowers were more beautiful than what was depicted on the website, in a glass square vase with little opaque pebbles at the bottom. I also shipped from out of state and the same day delivery was completed within the business day. The business is professional in their email correspondence and I appreciated the attention to detail in their ordering/delivery process.

I ve used Fretag s several times for flower delivery as i now live out of town. Their arrangements are always true to the images shown on their website. If they must make a subsitution they will call first. They offer old fashion, very good customer service that is difficult to find these days. Their product quality is excellent too.

I always use Freytag's. Im a BIG fan of the carry out roses!... $12.99 (used to be $10.99 but thats ok!) I went in last week with a special request. It was my son's last day of daycare and i wanted to do something nice for the teachers without breaking the bank on flowers- so the florist (after a little hesitation) allowed me to select 12 roses in groups of 3 and wrapped them separately to make 4 small bouquets for no extra charge. It was very nice of her and that is exactly the reason I LOVE this place! :)

The display was way larger than expected. We had to fix it ourselves...the end result is good. We would order again.

Our daughter lives in Austin, so we have used Freytag's for years to highlight special occasions, as well as "just because". We have always been pleased with selection, freshness, value, and great customer service! Thanks Freytag's for such great local quality.

I recently ordered a floral arrangement for a friend whose brother died unexpectedly. He was her last living relative, and she was truly bereft. Freytag delivered a beautiful arrangement the day I asked them to, but my friend was gone, so the flowers were left with a neighbor. I notified them about this and Freytag offered to send a new arrangement when my friend returned from the funeral in another state. Today, Freytag delivered a second arrangement, which was even prettier than the first one, and did so at no cost to me. This is extraordinary customer service, and human compassion. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness and professionalism. I'll be using Freytag from now on.

I've used them for years but they couldn't do a simple boutonniere with four days notice even considering how much money I have spent there in the past and even as they continue to send marketing emails for Mother's Day flowers. They have gotten too commercial, I will be sadly looking for a local shop that values long term clients.

I have been ordering flowers from Freytag's for years. Always have been completely satisfied. I recently had an order delivered too my wife, and within two days the flowers started to die. I reached out to them to let them be aware, and received a call the next day from Christie. She immediately let me know how disappointed they where to hear about the arrangement, and ask if they could send out a new arrangement to my wife. Pleasantly surprised, and appreciated they did just that. I can't express how impressed I am, and without a doubt will continue to only order flowers and arrangements from Freytag's, and let all my friends and family know as well.

So thankful for this florist! I'm currently living in England right now, and was looking for a gift for my Mom for Christmas this year. Obviously sending things internationally is a bit of a pain and can be very expensive so I decided that if I could send a really nice bouquet of flowers I would order it and have them sent to her. I ended up ordering from Freytag's and am so glad that I did! The flowers made my Mom so happy! The quality of the flowers was excellent and it was so easy to order on their website. I requested a bouquet to be delivered for my girlfriends 30th birthday, including a few requests, some conventional such as pink and including lilacs, some not so conventional, somehow could they include a unicorn. My delighted girlfriend was ecstatic, she loved the pink, she loved the lilac, and she absolutely loved the unicorn! I woke up this morning and headed to work. Then it hit me, I forgot to get my wife flowers for our 4 year wedding anniversary today. So I pull out my phone, google local florist and selected the first one available and boy am I glad I did because not only where the prices great but the selection was huge and the ordering process was simple! After my purchase around 9:15am went through I was worried they wouldn t, but hopeful they would be delivered the same day. Fast forward 3 hours and BOOM my wife send me photos of her beautiful flowers and balloon set I ordered that morning. The were fast, professional and the flowers looked even better then on the website. Totally made her day and definitely saved my butt! I will for sure be back to order again! Thank you!

Called from out of town to order flowers for my daughter to be delivered at her office. Lovely bouquet! I requested all white- and suggested roses and hydrangea and that it NOT look like FTD. They 'up-sold' me a balloon which I didn't mind. Wish they had pinatas!

It s really hard to put into words how actually beautiful Freytag s arrangements are. I ve used them for Valentines Day but their funeral arrangements were absolutely STUNNING. All of the arrangements that came from them stood out in quality at the services. They helped make our services for my sister in law perfect. Their arrangements lasted almost a full month also! I can t speak highly of them enough and will continue recommending them to everyone.

I choose to support a local florist this year instead of your widely advertised internet companies and I was blown away by Freytag's! My flowers arrived in a timely manner(day I requested), there was not a single issue with the flowers(no wilting or breakage), and they kept constant communication with me letting me know the status of the flowers and when they were delivered successfully. They looked exactly like the picturesque bouquet you have in your head. This is my go to place for flowers from now on!

Now, I have not bought flowers for my wife in years - mostly because of bad experiences I had with other Internet and local flower shops. I contacted Freytag s by phone and in a matter of minutes my order, delivery instructions and payment were completed. My wife received the arrangement at work an hour and a half later. My wife and I ordered an arrangement of Spring Tulips for our daughter, who lives in Austin. We live in Cleveland, so you have to just put your faith in the florist you choose. But Freytag's more than met expectations. According to our daughter, her arrangement of 20 tulips were the "prettiest flowers I have ever had!" Obviously Austin locals know about Freytag's, but if you are from out of town, you can order with confidence. Great job!

I pre-ordered a boutanniere for my daughter's date to prom but the expiration date on my card was entered incorrectly. I missed the call the day before prom regarding the issue, and when Saturday came and the boutanniere hadn't arrived yet, I started freaking out. How could I drop the ball on my daughter's prom date! I have been the sender and the recipient of bouquet's from Freytag's and have never been disappointed. I had the pleasure of stopping by the shop yesterday as they had sent me an email for a free 1 dozen roses for my birthday. I randomly wanted to send my wife flowers at noon on a Wednesday. I did a quick Google search and after reading reviews on a few places I picked these folks. They were able to put a beautiful piece together and deliver it to my wife within 3 hours! It cost a little more than I expected but I've always purchased my flowers from HEB and Walmart before. This is just the price of REAL quality flowers and it was worth every cent! The flowers were beautiful and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend!

I cannot speak more highly of Freytag's Florist. We had a friend in ICU for 3 weeks, and they called the hospital everyday until he was out of ICU and the flowers could be delivered. Every other day Kristy with Freytag would email me and update me on my delivery. I really appreciated the care they showed for my order and would suggest them to anyone needed flowers delivered!

Great service! I have an adult daughter who can not use a regular telephone. Freytag's is one of the few places that doesn't blink when told they need to text, made delivery arrangements for the next day and delivered a unique arrangement which my daughter very much liked. They communicated with me (I love out of town) and kept me well informed of the process.

So my first delivery of peonies died within a day and a half of getting them. At $15 a stem and getting 5 of them I was really disappointed that they died so quickly. Decided to give Freytag another chance. This time it was for my anniversary. Asked them to give me a call when they were on the way and to make me there last stop. Got home around 3pm and waited around until 6. Checked my email and they said they had delivered them. Never received them nor got a call. Turns out they delivered them to a house 5 miles away. Very disappointed that they did not call when they were on the way because all of this could have been prevented if they did. Was planning on using them for my daughters wedding but have lost all trust and faith in them.

Their Google page said they were open on a Sunday and they were not.

I have been coming here for all my floral needs for several years now. Their selection is good, prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.

SO happy and lucky to have found this place! Freytag's was so helpful when I needed a gift basket delivered on extremely short notice. By short notice, I mean I ordered it at 9 AM and it was delivered by 1PM the same day.
