Good is really good. Very easy, and very quick to pop in the microwave.

Customer Service never calls you back. Website platform is not conducive to today s standards. Ordered 18 items got 10 of them incorrectly. They will not correct order said it was my fault. Never got a confirmation email of order.

Just received my first Fresh Realm order. The recipe for the first meal I cooked was easy to follow. And the Pork Chops with Vegetables & Mustardy Pan Gravy were delicious. The pan gravy was so good, we were practically licking our plates clean. I look forward to cooking the other meals I ordered.

Terrible, vessel that food came in had an odor and was not clean at all.

Food was OK. The "refrigerated" box it came in was in terrible shape, and smelled inside. Even know the food inside was packed well in plastic, the whole thing with the box just made me not even want to touch the food knowing where it came from. I believe they re-use these refrigerated boxes.

Fresh and easy online meal delivery. Best customer service. I really like their huge variety of meals and ease of preparation.

Even thought the FedEx driver had the box wrong side up all my food was nicely in place. The box was clean and easy to work with and the food was fresh and yummy! Thanks for a great experience Fresh Realm!

I have ordered several times, each time the food arrives fresh and with very easy instructions on how to prepare you need very basic staples from your own kitchen to complete meals and cost of meal and quality far surpasses any meal you could go out and get, I would recommend this food service to everybody who likes to try different meals but doesn't want hassle of gathering all the ingredients there self to complete..most meals are $12-$15 per serving a bargain when compared to eating out and perfect portions.
