We were not able to get our truck worked on due to winter storm Uri but when I sent a contact request to retrieve our truck through their website because their phones were down, we were called in under 30 minutes! We retrieved our truck and had everything we needed for the rest of the storm. So grateful for their fast response amidst a natural disaster, it really helped us a lot.
One of my clients bought a unit from Lorenzo Schuessler here. We have come to pick up the unit twice, and it wasn't ready to be on the road.
This last time, we came to pick up the truck after the unit passed their "inspection."
The unit had an oil leak, and a leak on the secondary air tank as well. No way this unit could pass any sort of inspection in those conditions.
Seller tried to argue that the guarantee on the unit was not activated yet, but the tractor hasn't even left the truck center in the first place.
Very nice and informative. As with any wait for service comes anxiety. They answered all our questions and kept us in the loop of things going on with our truck.
Calling on the phone is a waste of time. Drove from two counties over and they didn't have it so I had to order it ( common part for a 4 year old KW) so I had to go anyway to pay for the parts in advance. At least the part was right when it showed up.
Lines just ring and ring can not get an answer from anyone. Even called the sales rep and asked for a call back. Nothing. This place is the worst

Nobody ever answers in parts department. When you are there to get parts in person, it's like being at the DMV, ALL DAY! Slow slow process.
They don t answerthe phones you re better off going to ogburns or utility if you need parts
Be forewarned. Do not buy a truck from French Ellison Truck Center San Antonio. I had a terrible sales experience and even worse after sales experience. Have not been able to keep truck out of shop and they have no care. 3 weeks later I bought another truck but with MHC Dallas. A world of difference. I will never buy anything from French Ellison again.
