Everything worked as planned and promised. A good road bike at reasonable price.

It is always fun to rent bikes from the very nice family. The couple is very friendly and helpful and the bikes are in good condition. We have been there twice to rent bikes, and will rent our bikes there in the next year.

We have already rented e-bikes several times. The wheels and batteries are in good condition. The reservation, payment and settlement works great. The landlords are very hard. Many Thanks!

Great service and friendly staff. Also allowed me to fetch bikes the previous evening so we could have an early start, and fitted pedals, which was appreciated. Bikes of good quality and in sound working order. Would certainly recommend.

Booked a compact alu road bike before a 3 day cycling trip. Response was very quickly. Bike fitted perfectly to my height, and felt like new, kept in great condition. Great opening hours allowed me to maximise my ride time during the stay. Will go back again! :)

Dishonest. Push to take insurance for the tour of the island telling us that it moves everywhere for everything. Refuse to lend us a key for if needed. Deposit 200th 4 bike..it could be refunded if loss or breakage of the key.
The next day saddle falls .. stop bikers to repair we buy a key for the future. 3 day 1 derailleur unusable with the passes is not top .on the calls..question the number of the contract bike while it was before the eyes..to finish tell us that we are too far 1h30 by car .. .for him to move. We have it repaired. What we do. But the worry begins the derailment continues and the next 4 days are painful.
Very badly when rendering support that it works aggressive limit .... a NECESSARY ..

We rented two trekking bikes for 10 days and drove 400km. The wheels were in good condition, except for a puncture we had no problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful, own accessories (saddle, seat post, Navigation Holder) was quickly assembled and disassembled. In addition, our bags were kept during the rental period. Would be desirable a rubustere and wider tires with coarser profile.

The staff was very courteous and helpful with all possible questions around the clock. The bikes were in top condition and didn't have any problems during our 1 week tour of the island. Full number of stars and recommendation with a clear conscience!

There is a large selection of bicycles for every taste - city, tourist, electric ... The condition of the bicycles is quite decent, but little things may not work, so when you receive everything you need to carefully check. If you are going to travel around the island, then you are strongly offered insurance that covers any breakdowns (except tires), up to replacing the bike with a serviceable one.

I rented two trekking-bikes for a 400 km Mallorca round trip. At first I didn't get the bike I booked (with disc brakes), only on strong request they provided the right bike. I asked the staff if the bikes were completely check, answer: yes, they're in a perfect state. After 140km of biking the tyre went out of the rim without any damage, i had to push the bike 5km. Showing the tyre to the next dealer, he said that it's old and no longer usable, so I bought a new one. Bringing back the bikes Embat cycles rejected to pay the tyre but confirmed that it was not my fault. This is rather poor service especially with regard to the high rental costs of this shop. They only want to sell the bike insurance.
I cannot recommend this shop !!

I rented road bike for 4 days from Embat Ciclos in September 2018.
No problem after riding 280 km. They have very convenient location - in walking distance from the airport. I'd definitely recommend them and wish great success with their business.

We had rented a tandem. The bike was in perfect condition, the transfer as well as the return were very pleasant and friendly. We would rent here again at any time.

Hired a carbon road bike for one week.The bike was perfectly prepared with pedals, even spend time trying to atach my garmin.

2nd time I've rented a bike with Embat and very happy both times. The 1st time, I rented a road bike to tour the island and it was excellent. Just finished a 4 day cycle trip with my 14 year old dayghter. We rented the Sherpa trekking bikes and they were very good, eating up the kms. We cycled about 55 kms a day. I would highly recommend this business as they seem to have a passion for their bikes.

Unfortunately a disappointment. we expected a better service. We rented 2 E cartoons for the mountains plus panniers. Unfortunately, if the straps had not been taken, the bags on the bumps would fall. really dangerous when going downhill. Most zips have torn off handles. extracting a spare inner tube is close to a miracle Or you must have pliers !!. there is no gasket in the pump, so useless. Last half day, one of the bikes without e-drive, no one knows why. So you should take with you hexes, straps for panniers, tire glue and power, wallpapers and pliers, or when renting, check everything carefully, including the pump. help is not easy in the mountains. By the way, they could give a discount for the inconvenience, but there was no suggestion ... Next time I will be looking for another rental company. it's a pity because nice people ...

We were supposed to pay a deductible of 30 for the repair, which we luckily didn't have to do after an extensive discussion, because the fault was clearly not ours.

Good service, with modern and well-kept bicycles. They also have roadside assistance in case you have any mechanical problems.

Very good attitude. We rent two road bikes, the staff was willing to prepare our bikes. During our ride we had one puncture and my tire and tube were torn, we changed the tyre (included in package and tools with your bike) and carried on. Afterwards the staff was ok and returned the whole deposit, although they can charge the torn tyre and tube. Very recommend!

The owners were so nice - very helpful with the E-bike orientation and with tips for my trip to the town of Soller - they were both very kind and thoughtful and present. The place was low key and in a great location - right on the Palma waterfront bike path. I was so disoriented after coming from a 6 hour flight - but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The bike was great- the e-bike trek was sturdy and withstood a lot of different kinds of road surfaces ( rugged off road to winding, steep switchbacks ) I was also carrying a full pannier of weight - this bike was a true mule. I would absolutely rent again from Embat again- they were the best for the money and also very responsive and helpful when I was writing them from New York with questions about Mallorca.Thanks Embat !!!

This year I was on my own in san jordi away from home - with a flat tyre and he came over to change my tyres even late in the day! saved the day!

The bike that I borrowed from Embat was actually quite good. Unfortunately the bike stand broke after 3 days of normal use. When I wanted to return the bike, I informed the seller of the damage. I had to pay 12 extra for the broken bike stand, even though I didn't use it violently or the like. The seller did not believe me and said that the bike rack was in perfect condition before the rental. Accordingly, he charged me 12.

So you should check yourself beforehand if any parts on the bike are broken or could break. Otherwise you have to pay for the damage later.

I have gone to ask for information and I have taken away the desire to rent anything. The clerk has been very edge and answering in bad ways, it seems that she does not want to work. I have also asked him the schedule and the telephone number and he told me to look at it online.

Excellent experience in this store. To take the bikes we came to the closing (they were getting down the blind). They reopened and took the time needed so that we could leave with 4 road bike level Ultegra. Good machines, which proved reliable throughout the week rolled more than 600km and 12000D + despite a week very very rainy ...

When loading the bikes into the car, we broke a derailleur hanger, neither one nor two was changed, without being charged.

In short, very nice managers, good equipment, great service. We will come back with our eyes closed.

We rented 12 bikes. Staff was very nice. A flat tire was also helped on the way. Everything was really fine.

I rented an old aluminum race bike here, the price was a bit lower than elsewhere.
However besides the vetuty of the bike, the boss asked me 10 euros for rehabilitation of the bike for a use of 3 hours. In the end I paid 30 euros instead of 20, so almost the price of a rental for a car that is 35 euros.

I rented an alu race bike which was far from new, the price was a little lower than another place the bike was very much used the boss asked me 10 euros for reconditionning the bike after 3 hours of riding. Alltogether I paid 30 euros which is almost the price for renting a small car (35 euros).

Poor service. Would not refund me after changing my mind due to bikes being either too large or too small. Did not even get off the forecourt. DISGUSTING SERVICE. NOTHING BETTER THAN THIEVES.

We borrowed a scooter yesterday
Man wanted 12 euro tank money for a full tank although a full tank at the gas station costs max 5 euros. When we wanted to start driving, the brake lights didn't work. There were no helmets that fit us, when we told him they were unsafe he was very rude. When we brought the scooter back due to the lack of light, we had to wait 2 hours. And there wasn't even an apology not to recommend people!

Friendly and helpful staff. I asked for shorter steam and they changed it straight away. But:
- the bike computer they provided wasn't set up properly. They replaced it with another one but it broke down on the next day.
- they charge you 10Euro for bike cleaning, but to be fair the bike I rent hadn't seen soapy water for a while and was rather dirty. They were quite generous with chain lube and as a result my calf was pretty black at the end of the day.

Friendly staff and low prices, bikes ready as agreed, highly reccommended!!!

Do not rent from this store!His a thief.The reason? He will find an ecxcuse not to return your deposit. All the bikes and motorbikes they have proplem. His not the expert to cost of the are problematic.He creates his own stories to keep your deposit!!SOS!!Stay away from there!!!

Serious cyclists may want to pay a bit more and rent somewhere else. But if you are capable of making s few adjustments tour self and don't mind Chinese carbon with ultegra that is a little on the heavy end, the price is hard to beat.

Would definitely not recommend renting a motorbike here. Although they are friendly at pick up, they unscrupulously overcharge on fuel. "Take a full tank for only 12 EUR, which will last for 140km." (the length of our trip) Having faith in humanity, we did not challenge this.

We had to stop several times for refueling, given that the tank is only a 3 liter one. We could entirely refuel for 3,5 EUR.
When we came back with a full tank and asked for our 12 EUR back, their knowledge of the English language had disappeared like snow in the sun.

Hello, we borrowed 3 e-bikes for 5 days and had 2 problems with the engine control. We were both helped within 1 hour and brought a new bike, at male we were over km away. Really a very good service. The bikes were also in very good condition. We were received very friendly and the return of the bikes was smooth and very professional. We borrowed two beautiful Stevens racing bikes for four days. They were brand new, so in great condition. Friendly on-site support, good price.
Conclusion: we will be back!

We rented again for 5 days, this time with the whole family, two touring wheels and two racing bikes. The wheels were still in great condition and very friendly care. We brought our own click pedals for the road bikes. Easy mounting incl. Everything was great, the next time is already booked!

Great bicycle rental place! We rented two of the Sherpa Lite bicycles for a 12 day bicycle tour of Mallorca and Menorca. Our experience with Embat Ciclos was great! They communicated well over email when I was reserving the bicycles beforehand. The bicycles were in great shape and performed well during our 12 day tour. The prices were reasonable. The owners were extremely nice and obviously take pride in their business. We would definitely rent bicycles from them again.

Friendly and helpful bike hire with bicycles in all quality classes. Rented there many times and always got bikes with well maintained switches and brakes. I usually rent a carbon bike with Ultegra and it works perfectly for a good training camp.
