very awesome trash company in new jersey and the drivers and staff and very strong dumpsters

Recently, a competitor sent a mailer with better pricing. As loyal customer of Freehold Cartage for 20 years, I didn't bother. Then I received an invoice with an increase of 20%. I gave Freehold Cartage the opportunity to price match but they were rude and condescending over the phone. I'm switching to the competitor for better pricing and hopefully better customer service.

I was a loyal customer of Freehold Cartage for 20 years until I moved into a senior development that had its own pick-up. They were a great company, and I don't think they missed a pick-up in all that 20 years. Never had a problem with spills, left items. I also deal with them as a business customer and they're great with container pick-ups - same day every week, so we can make sure never overfill. Excellent business!

These people are incompetent I had a dumpster and scheduled a pick up for Friday on a Monday and they never put it on the schedule. Now it sat over the weekend with it raining all weekend and when I told them that it got weighed down with all the water from the rain and the guy told me that s impossible. Now I m no expert but I know that when Sheetrock insulation and plaster gets wet it damn near triples in weight. The guy was very rude on the phone and kept talking over me. If I could recommend anything I d say use a different company.

Regularly misses pickups. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Simply the best around. Weather its home or business account. They do it better than anyone around.

They don't pick up if your can is overfill and lid can't go down.....isn't that when you need them most??
VERY UNHAPPY...also office help could not be more rude. Done with this company.

They have left without picking up my garbage bags for the last few Saturdays I don't know what is the problem here the whole block is picked up and mine is not

Twice this guy came and never got of his truck to get the two bags that were at the side of the trash container.....We have been with this company for 8 years and never had problem till now....I liked the other drivers better..... This driver they have now stinks....And we pay for unlimited garbage..... so figure that one out....

They are getting worse every year. They leave stuff behind ALL THE TIME. Very rough with slinging recycling cans into their dumper area. Don t appreciate their speed driving in the neighborhood and total disrespect practically driving into you and cutting you off. Can you imagine that accident and for what ...?!?! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
