Recently, a competitor sent a mailer with better pricing. As loyal customer of Freehold Cartage for 20 years, I didn't bother. Then I received an invoice with an increase of 20%. I gave Freehold Cartage the opportunity to price match but they were rude and condescending over the phone. I'm switching to the competitor for better pricing and hopefully better customer service.
