We were quite pleased with the service we received at Freedom Ford. Sam did his best and worked with us to get a price that was acceptable to both parties. Within a week and a half we had seen the vehicle taken it for a drive and purchased. Staff and management were great to work with.

I took my motor home in to Freedom Ford for an oil change, etc. This was my first visit. My overall experience was very positive. The customer focus was super and the attitude of you advisor was amazing. She was professional, welcoming and interested in having my service needs met. What started out as a good experience turned into nothing but headaches. Alan Lim made a promise to make think rights but not a man of his word. Very unprofessional in not returning multiple phone calls or emails. Bought a used vehicle told all the options that were in vehicle and one would assume that they all worked. Not the case at all. They did get a couple things fixed but not all the things that Alan promised. Now informed me "that the GPS and the DVD headrests are not part of the Safety inspection. So by law as a store we don't check those things, and even if they did and it turned out it doesn't work, they wouldn't fix them BecuAse there not part of the safety Inspection." That fine but don't tell me they work when they don't. I would expect that any good dealership would ensure they are working or maybe advise the customers they don't. In my eyes that is unacceptable. I will never step foot in this dealership ever again and would highly suggest any looking to purchase a vehicle avoid this place at all cost. Give them zero stars in I could.

Went in just to have a quick look at a F150 used Truck. Left a couple of hours later with an agreement to purchase. Stephanie (the sales rep) was very friendly and knowledgeable.
