Very clean facility. Not at all helpful to visitors - e.g. offer no assistance helping visitors get walkers, wheelchairs out and into a car. It limits older friends taking the patients out and they all need a change of scenery..

Poor, negligent care. Look elsewhere if you want your loved ones well cared for. It makes me sick to think about all the seniors in there that do not have advocates. Shame on you Frederick! Such a disappointment.....

My spouse has been in Aspen Village for several months. I have never seen such a caring, informative staff. They are so hands on with individualized care and are great communicators with family. I am so confident that my loved one is in good hands

Experienced life threatening nursing errors which were unacceptable! Some of the Nursing staff unprofessional!

Experienced poor laundry service on multiple occasions which entailed nursing staff errors! Poor nursing staff communication with each other and with family members!

Food was excellent !

The skilled facility did not have any foul odors!

Transport employee Donna was superb! She was kind and compassionate!

PT did not follow specific walker type required with directives from previous facility which I believe caused an unnecessary fracture

All I have to say is never work here. The way you are trained is absolutely horrible. One worker told me that people keep quitting, yep i understand why. The workers are all rude. The nurses never wore their mask in front of the elderly people, were coughing right on them as they were feeding them. It s disgusting. Literally don t waste your time working here.

I could see the rudeness that someone else mentioned. My mother is on MA. At first the representative, Julie, outright rejected my mother's application, even though they are a non-profit and claim they take MA. Then, when I questioned her she asked for her MA info. She was ice cold. Then, she strung us along for a few weeks. Ultimately rejected her application again because Mom needs a Bariatric bed. REFUSED to put her on a wait list. REFUSED to directly answer questions until I pressed her. Cold as ice. This is discrimatory. I should report them. In my opinion, they are probably just a front show. A lot of cosmetically nice places are like that. The care isn't that good. She bragged about the "house-keepers" they have to help take care of people. Well, they are discriminating to make things easier on themselves. Not a place that will truly help someone in need. Should probably be looked into.
